Used this company 3 times so far. They have a wide selection of carpets and the fitting has always been excellent. However there is a communication problem between the shop and the fitters. The first time they arrived to fit my carpet a day earlier than prior arranged and the third time I was told they would be arriving between 9:30 - 10 and they actually turned up at 8:10 which was totally inconvenient. When I rang the shop, the member of staff seemed unconcerned about this! I'm undecided yet whether I will use them again

Just had new carpets and laminate fitted throughput our open plan living/dining area and stairs by the Carpet Gallery, Bebington. From the outset Leon, Harry and the lads were very helpful and professional and we were very happy with quotation. The standard of fitting by Will and Dean was excellent. They removed all the old laminate, moved furniture and removed a set of folding doors, which they replaced. I highly recommend the Carpet Gallery for choice, value for money and high standards all round

I wouldn't buy my carpets from anywhere else! The customer service is outstanding, friendly, accommodating and always happy to advise! The carpet fitters did an incredible job in tricky spaces and the quality of the carpet is worth every penny.. Great value. Cannot recommend highly enough!
