First time visiting here and our party of three enjoyed a nice mix of Tapas that were fresh and delicious. The service was spot on and we were checked up on regularly. The ambiance is nice low lighting with candles and lots of exposed brickwork. Pricing was very reasonable and they had a special for mixing five different Tapas plates . Unfortunately no draft beers but under the circumstances a nice bottle of Spanish beer did the trick.

This is in like a cellar setting. Tapas were lovely. Half price cocktails 🍸 for a good 2 to 3 hours. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere. The toilets were usable but not that good.

Very attentive young staff. Nothing too much trouble. Cocktails to die for and very reasonable. Tapas very good chic wings especially. Gambas needs plenty of bread to soak up the juice. Just a relaxing ambiance. As a 72 year old it was lovely to be served by happy smiling young people. Come. You won’t be disappointed.

Great food and very good portions. Two for one prices Monday to Thursday. Helpful, friendly staff, quick service. Very good value for money. Highly recommend 👌

The BEST place for pork ribs in Chester!!!! I have moved far away from Chester but I still dream of the pork ribs at Havana. 🤤 Not just that, they've got amazing croquettes!! Mouth-watering chicken and veggies options as well. They have tapas (small quantities) dishes that let's you try different dishes instead of one big meal for the same price and I love that. And compliments to the bar for making creative drinks 👏🏻👏🏻And not to forget the gorgeous tunnel-like inner structure and great song selection. It was a shame that I only visited the place twice during my time there but I'll come again guys! A must visit with your friends and family!!

Love this restaurant. Had my birthday here and everyone loved it. The food and cocktails were amazing. The environment was great for a celebration too. All of the staff especially Amy were very attentive. One of Chester's best places for food and drink. Thank you for a lovely night!

Great little tapas bar in the centre of Chester. Very eery and full of character. Fabulous latino music! Tapas were fantastic 7 for £23! Very tasty and generous portions. Cocktails were amazing, beautiful Argentinan and Mexican beer, reasonably priced. Definitely coming back!

Came here every night of our stay. Half price cocktails 5-8pm most of the week and after trying almost all of them, I can honestly say they are worth every penny. Top staff too!

Feeling a little dissatisfied with Havana Chester as i feel as though it could up it’s game and be amazing as the premise is all there! Service was slow, the people serving were pleasant but certainly didn’t present an exciting feel to the restaurant. There was no music on which made the atmosphere fall a little flat. Fajitas were an extremely small portion but tasty. Nachos were were nice. The 1/2 price cocktails are what really brings the place up in rating - great value! We were neglected quite a lot and the place missed an opportunity for us to have dessert which ultimately is bad for business. Overall, i wouldn’t return but the place has potential.

Booked a table for Sunday lunch. Only the 2 of us there at 12.15. A shame because IT WAS REALLY GOOD!! Great food (we had the special of 5 tapas dishes), great friendly service, good value and great location. 5 dishes was fine for the 2 of us for lunch.

Had a great couple of cocktails here. Barman was great, friendly and efficient. Bogof deals too so it wasn't expensive either. We'll worth dropping in. One for the ladies, when heading for the toilet downstairs, when you see the gents look at the door to your right 😆

Nice atmosphere staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good and they have an extensive range of cocktail's. Also we went during happy hour so drinks were half price.

Went out with a couple of friends and happen to find this amazing little bar hidden away within the city walls, the atmosphere was amazing! All the staff was smiling and happy to help with recommendations with drinks and food. Would recommend highly and will definitely be back again. The attention to detail on the drinks as well.
