La Fattoria, ah, what can I say? Simply put, this is the best Italian Restaurant in Chester. (La migliore degustazione di cibo italiano nella città di Chester.) I had walked past this restaurant many time's, the aroma of Italian food drifting out from the restaurant door always caught my attention, making me hungry, it smelt so good. La Fattoria is a popular place, do book a table, or wait patiently, you will not be disappointed if you do. The Pizza Chef is an expert, who prepares the pizza dough himself, from scratch, this is as close and real as it gets, beautifully pulled into a round Pizza shape, then decorated with the finest of ingredients, absolutely delicious. The main kitchen at La Fattoria, produces fine tasting excellent quality Italian cuisine, I have eaten at every Italian restaurant in Chester City, but the ingredients used at La Fattoria, and the expert chef's and kitchen team consistently produce excellent tasting food, the sheer popularity of this restaurant and the professionalism in how it is run shines out. The waiting on team will guide you to your table, in a confident and professional manner, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and they eat the food themselves, so if you're not sure what to choose, ask any of the waiting staff, who will be glad to recommend a dish or assist you with your choices. Best Pasta I've ever tasted. Would give it more than a 10/10. Excellent price which made us try it in the first place, but the taste was just superb.

Have been to La Fattoria many times over the years and ever time we go theynever fail to impress. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone without hesitation. Book a table. You won't be disappointed. Please remember to book in advance though, its gets very busy due to it's popularity.

Absolutely amazing place! I'd been recommended to go there by a few friends and wasn't sure it would live up to the hype...it surpassed expectation! Beautiful food, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Wait times also not too long but it is busy so I'd suggest booking in. Will definitely be coming back!

What a place! We were walking past on our way home and saw this really busy restaurant, it looked great so we popped in and booked a table for the following night. What can I say! Fantastic food, good service and the best atmosphere I've experienced for a long time.

Didn’t get off to the best start when we had to wait 15 minutes before our table was made available. We were a party of 8 with three kids and had booked the previous day. Having said that the food was very good and the service prompt. Attitude of some of the staff was a bit poor at times but in general a good experience which I’d like to repeat. I found the decor a bit dated and quite frankly overwhelming but you go to eat not view “artwork”.

Authentic Italian amazing atmosphere. Not from the area but the best Italian I have ever been to. Booked last min on a Thursday night there were people queuing down the street and no body was turned away. The service was amazing and the food quality even though it was so busy. Good size portions and prices! Gluten free pizza, pasta and everything on the menu can be made gluten free. Gluten free garlic bread base was made with fresh GF dough, amazing! We will be returning

Can't say too much about this restaurant. Wonderful attentive staff, but not overbearing. Wonderful food, absolutely amazing. This was our first time visiting but we will be booking very soon. Loved every minute of the experience. Would recommend to anyone.

La Fattoria needs no introduction, it's simply the best and absolute authentic Italian restaurant in Chester. It's been years since I was able to come here, so I was thrilled to go on the workplace Xmas dinner. Over the moon to have found out that the Fried Calamari and Zucchini are now a single starter so I don't have to agonize over which one to choose. And the Scaloppine ai Funghi is simply to die for. And you MUST have gelato. Booking a table is a necessity, lest you are willing to wait 15mins to an hour. Or you know, go at lunch time when it's not so busy and a bit quieter. Staff is amazing and cheerful, and always ready to trough a party (literally experiencing the birthday party song is unique). Huge props to Victoria that made our evening lovely. Can't wait to come back.

The BEST restaurant I have ever been too. If you book for 8pm. You may not be seated bang on 8pm. But the small wait is well worth it for the amazing food. Great atmosphere and service. The best Italian food I have ever eaten!

First time experiencing this marvellous restaurant, service, food and atmosphere were excellent. Prices were very reasonable. Also my partner is coeliac and the staff put her at ease immediately with their allergy knowledge . Book early for a great experience

Visited here Thursday evening without a booking. Waited about 10 minutes for a table as it was very busy. Decoration was great..Rustic Italian with a great vibe and atmosphere. Food tasted amazing and great portion sizes. Equally if not better than the food recently on a trip to Italy. Staff were great friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced. If visiting at the weekend a table booking is a must

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and very accommodation. Food was reasonably priced for freshly made right there in front of you. Will definite visit again if ever in Chester!

The meals were great. So tasty. We loved how good the ravioli was with all the balanced spices in it. Good atmosphere. It was very crowded on a Sunday dinner. We had to wait about 20 mins to be seated (no booking). (-) The service was little late. We had to wait for our mains about 40 mins after we’re done with our starters.

This is an interesting town, the time we went it looks like it’s abandoned or not the right season. But the food goes without saying it was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. The he service was fantastic, such professionalism and great service. If your going through here I definitely recommend a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great! The only issue was the quality of customer service which was not the best. At the beginning of the meal we asked for some drinks which came quite quickly. The cordial was not strong enough so we asked for it to be changed and they said they would change it but this was never done. The food was nice and reasonably priced but I have tasted better in other places. Might consider going here again if I visited Chester but wouldn't rush back.
