We had food beforehand and it was insufficient so we looked for a place to grab something small. We ordered fries, falafels and a salad. It might be silly but those fries were heavenly. It was a good portion as well. I recommend the falafels as well. Plus, the staff were friendly, smiley and the seats super comfy (we were sinking in the sofa for half an hour).

A good menu with a choice of wraps, sandwiches, salads and soups. The juice bar options are creative and delicious. I choice a cous cous with chicken which was really good while my wife had a filling wrap. The juices are worth ordering. The restaurant is well placed towards the Watergate end of the high street. Free WiFi was a bonus.

Cute place for lunch. We had really friendly and efficient service. Ordered a falafel salad which was very filling (also, the only gluten free option on the menu, but with varying protein options). Also ordered a wrap and sweet potato fries which were delicious! Crispy & perfectly done. Also had a yummy fresh juice! There's limited space to eat inside.

Love this place every time I visit chester I must go for a smoothie and a wrap and they never disappoint and got a bonus this time of being able to try their new frozen yoghurt which was amazing the staff are so friendly 😀 makes the place feel really comfortable

Delicious, fresh and huge portions! You can see the staff freshly fry the falafel when you order them and the wraps are massive. I got a meal deal with chips and drink (the drink is a bottle of coke!). Extremely clean inside and the prices are very reasonable. Coming here again for sure!

I was looking for Delicious and halal food around this area and after searching nearly for 30 minutes I found falafel Xpress . I have ordered chicken wrap and I really enjoyed it . The staff are usually busy due to customers orders but they are very friendly 🥰 ..

I recently visited Falafel Xpress and had the classic falafel wrap. It was delicious! The falafel was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the wrap was filled with fresh vegetables and a tasty pickles. I highly recommend trying the tahini sauce, as it is great with everything, especially chips. The shop itself was very clean and had a nice Arabian decor and music. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience at Falafel Xpress and would definitely recommend it to others.

I’m not very easily satisfied with food unless it’s extremely good. Got the chicken wrap delivered late last night. These guys were closing in ten minutes and just eats wasn’t taking my order for some strange reason. However, the lady over the phone was extremely amiable and got the food delivered to me in ten minutes with an amazing complimentary dessert! The chicken wrap tasted heavenly, just seemed to hit the right taste buds with every bite(oh man, im craving it again😭😍🤤!!) 5 stars for food and even more for customer services! 👍🏼

Popped in whilst walking passed, just had surgery so got to be careful what I’m eating. Delightful range of fresh soups on the menu. Treated myself to am amazing takeaway Tomato & Basil soup along with a juiced, fresh fruit smoothy! Unbelievably fresh & lovely service. I’ll be back soon! Thank you.

What a great little hidden gem in Chester. A great selection of gluten free options for celiac people. They have everything made fresh to order, from falafel, to wraps, sandwiches, soups, fresh juices and smoothies. Didn't see this great selection of fresh food anywhere else and the service from the staff was just excellent. Definately a 5* rating for the food options, quality and service. Will be visiting again when next in Chester.

the man was literally so rude 🤣 was getting tissues and he said ‘what are you doing you’re making a mess’ infront of the whole shop. The tissue at the top was all stained but he said they were all ‘clean’ so I was getting one from underneath, but literally no need for the rudeness! The girls working there were lovely, but the man who is probably the boss, needs to work on his customer service skills 🤣 awful mate

Delicious healthy and fresh food. Chicken falafel wrap was incredible and i got them with some of the best fries I've ever had. Only issue was the fresh juice I ordered wasnt delivered. Everything else was spot on. (Edit) I was swiftly issued a refund for the missing drinks. Ordered again today and received my meal (including drinks!) Very happy customer

Sometimes you see review scores that look too good to be true, as if they have been made up (previously working in hospitality - I have seen underhand businesses do this first hand). However, my dealings with these guys show that these 294 Google reviews are legit and the real deal - these guys are the best. Ordering on Deliveroo they're the best place to order food from in Chester. Food and ingredients are high quality and they deliver within the City Centre within 15 minutes without fail. 10/10
