I went to MAC to look for a color corrector and I was there for like 5 mins waiting for someone to come. The people were talking to each other looking at me needing help and they completely ignored me. So I decided to go and ask for help. The help was these are our products, showing me just the counter. I made a third attempt to ask can you help me find that? The person was annoyed cause I interrupted them from their long conversation with their friend. He just grabbed two products without even thinking about what I was asking and I needed and then they didn’t even help me with a brush or sth. I used my fingers to apply the products and when I said that these do not much cause they turn my under eyes grey or orange they barely replied well that’s the products we have. They made zero effort to suggest appropriate products and then they didn’t even give me a tissue to clean the products from my face. I was so upset by their arrogance, the fact that they didn’t want to help, they were looking down on me and they were annoyed when I asked for help. Unacceptable service, I would not go there again. I walked out, went to YSL and the person spent at least 30mins to help me, try products and left very happy in contrary with the Mac people that angered me!

We had a make up appointment at Mac Trafford for my daughter's prom and it was such a lovely experience. Anastasia was our Mac consultant and she was brilliant. She listened to my daughter's requests, considered her preferences and advised before applying anything. Her product knowledge and recommendations were spot on. Anastasia delivered a very beautiful make up and did it in such a way that it was a special and memorable event for my daughter. I would have no hesitation to recommend. Thank you :-)

Awful customer service, I stood there ready to get advice and buy some products but several sales girls just stood behind the counter chatting, this is my pet hate as a customer - being made to feel like you’re a nobody and they couldn’t care less. In the end I decided to walk away and tried a new make-up counter instead. Shame as I like Mac products but it’s gone downhill.

I went to Mac to find a concealer and light weight foundation for my husbands daughter, I’ve tried guessing shades for both of these in the past (products weren’t from mac) but they were always too pale or too yellow! I went to Mac in Selfridges today and was served by Bee who was absolutely lovely. Bee matched my step daughters colour and chose the face and body foundation to try on her, it looked absolutely beautiful and my step daughter was very happy!! The shade of the concealer was also perfect, she didn’t rush anything and wanted to make sure they were the right products. Really great customer service, thank you Bee!

Tasia was so helpful! Literally the loveliest customer service I’ve ever received. I came in to buy a cream-to-powder foundation which I wanted to replace as my one was running low, my shade had rubbed off the bottom so was advised from the tester (which did look like my one) however when I got it home it looked a bit too dark, so when I came back to swap it, she remembered me straight away and got it all swapped to the perfect shade right away. She was so apologetic and helpful. I wanted to leave her some feedback as she was so lovely and I really appreciated her help. She made me feel really welcome and resolved my problem with ease. Tasia is an absolute asset to your MAC counter in selfridges Trafford.

Tasia was so lovely and helpful at Mac. I went in with my friends niece and she took the time out to make her day special and put some makeup on her, she was absolutely made up and it made her day! 10/10 service and so friendly! Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

I've never had a make over, I never wear make up, but this was bought for me for a birthday present so I begrudgingly went along today. I must say, it was nothing like I expected - it was really good, my make up artist, Ellie, was full of tips, made me feel really comfortable, and was just brilliant overall. I look a whole lot better than when I went in that's for sure! I don't usually write reviews, but when you get good customer service, it deserves to be recognised. Thanks Ellie!

Today I purchased my first Mac make up, I wanted a foundation but with not having it before I didn't know what I was choosing, the make up Artist (Alice) who offered to help me was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained clearly and I left happy. I will definitely return for more products.
