Went today with a problem with my dongle and getting connection spoke with a lad who had Joe on his name badge but the texts said his name was Ryan? Either way, helpful decent bloke. Really quality service from the young lad.

Visited the store today with a problem I had with memory card and was dealt with by a lovely young man called jact assistant manager. He was fantastic and took the time to solve my problem. Very professional and very helpful and friendly. He explained everything he did with my phone to an old technophobe like me. I cannot thank him enough for all he did for me.
