I
run
a
courier
company
called
Critical
Shipments,
that
specialise
in
time
-
critical
shipments.
Anyway
on
the
Friday
/
Saturday
morning
the
steering
become
loose
and
was
wobling
on
one
of
our
vans.
It
was
going
to
to
be
a
number
of
possible
problems.
I
rang
around
other
companies
in
the
local
area
and
they
didn't
seem
to
instrested
in
our
business.
Response
were
off:
we
can
see
you
next
week
or
we
can't
do
to
much
about
it
now!
Well
I
visit
Redhill
Service
Centre
in
person
asked
them
to
have
a
look,
after
exaplaining
the
circumstances
of
what
happen
and
my
business
model.(as
i
did
with
the
other
companies)
They
give
me
a
few
options-
they
could
understand
the
situation
and
unlike
most
garages
they
give
me
a
couple
of
places
that
they
recommend
for
me
to
try
as
they
were
very
busy
them
self.
Id
did
and
no
joy.
The
persistent
person
I
am
I
went
back,
the
lovely
gentlemen
i
spoken
to
earlier,
moved
and
jiggled
some
space
to
put
it
on
the
ramps
to
diagnoses
the
problem.
Quote
was
provided
and
I
left
them
the
van
that
night
to
start
work
on
in
the
morning
of
Monday.
Monday
came
and
I
reicved
a
call
from
the
garage
explaining
the
situation
that
another
part
was
broken.
Luckily
enough
they
had
pre-empted
ordering
me
the
part,
and
I
added
a
new
tire
to
the
order
too.
Obviously
the
bill
was
more
than
the
original
quoted
price
but
I
was
compltey
aware
that
this
would
be
the
case
with
the
addional
parts.
From
pricing
to
completion
less
than
half
a
day.
In
the
industry
I
work
in
thats
critical
for
us.
I
will
be
using
them
again
for
our
other
fleet
vehicles/
personal.
Honest,
reliable
and
an
excellent
turn
around
on
our
vehicle.
Even
shown
me
the
old
parts
taken
off
and
the
problems.
Very
rare
to
see
this
type
of
honest
trade,
and
without
even
asking.
Id
highly
recommend.
Brilliant
experience.
Keep
up
the
brilliant
work
and
will
no
doubt
be
in
touch
soon.
