Having been to a number of escape rooms over a few years, can honestly say that the two games we played here (Sub-Terra and Professor Dunstan), were the best two I've ever tried. The production value, and ingenuity of the puzzles is through the roof and adds a real wow factor to the fun of completing the challenge. Even had a member of our group who was on the fence with escape rooms, but they were totally taken in by the unique and practical puzzle elements and had a fantastic time along with everyone else. Throw in the friendliness and enthusiasm of the people running the show, and you have an all around wonderful experience. Cannot recommend enough, and hope to be back for more soon!

This was our first escape room so we have nothing to compare to but everyone in the family enjoyed every second (wife and boys (11&12)). We did Sub Terra this time which was recommended for our kids' ages. The set was top quality with great detail - immersing you into the story. The puzzles were reassuringly challenging for both wits, dexterity and team work - there was something for everyone! Definitely going to try another room soon!

My husband and I have done a fair number of escape rooms and we both agreed that Sub Terra here is the best we've done. The set quality and attention to details in the room is awesome. The puzzles are varied (not just one coded padlock after another like many) and challenging but acheiveable, with all the information you need there, if you look in the right place! The hints we received were really well pitched and slightly cryptic, not just instructions as we have had in the past. We loved our time in the room and will definitely be back to do the other two rooms soon! We also brought two of the at home challenges home with us too. Highly highly recommend!

The best escape room ever! This was our second time playing at Co-Decode and we can now say both rooms are up in our top five rooms, with Sub Terra taking our top spot. Alex and Sophie are absolutely wonderful hosts, so welcoming and friendly and give you slight nudges here and there, which is perfect without giving anything away. The rooms are so immersive and very different from one another, so definitely play both :-) amazing!

We completed the Crew escape room on Friday and it was brilliant - different to every other escape room I've done. Involved a lot of team work with puzzles that weren't too complicated but certainly made you think. Fantastic escape room and definitely will be going back to try the rest!

Have done both Sub Terra and C.R.E.W. All I can say is wow!! Sub Terra has alot of attention to detail and the way the puzzles are done are really good. C.R.E.W is a totally different "escape" experience. All 4 of us really enjoyed the co-op way of working out the tasks. We will come back to have a 2nd (and maybe 3rd) go at C.R.E.W Thanks guys at Co-decode. Very friendly and helpful.

We have completed Professor Dunstan and Sub Terra so far and both challenges have been a truly unique and immersive experience. Production quality is top tier and the host's do a great job supporting you along the way

My wife and I have done numerous escape rooms up and down the country and that gives you an eye for when a team have gone above and beyond to create something special, or when minimal effort has been made and you simply find yourself entering digits into 20 padlocks trying to find the right one (that's not fun for anyone). Luckily for us, Co-Decode is absolutely in the first category. We have probably done 20-30 escape rooms over the years and this is definitely one of the best we've ever had the pleasure of playing. The production quality is absolutely through the roof and makes for such an immersive experience. I can't begin to imagine how much hard work went into creating Sub Terra. What's clear though, is that the whole setup here is a labour of love and the team at Co-Decode have made a really incredible experience as a result. I should add, for Sub Terra, there are a lot of 'goals' and these proved too many for just the two of us to complete within 60 minutes but it does mean the room scales well. A larger team could have focused on different goals in parallel. Literally can't wait to go back and try the other room here now.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon here in one of the very clever and excellently-designed escape rooms. There were six of us of varying ages, none of us very experienced at escape rooms, but we were all able to get involved and were very pleased to get the odd hint from Sophie who was keeping an eye on us from her watch tower! We will definitely be back!

Our first ever escape room as a family and it was great!! We were made to feel at ease and the room was really well designed. Suitable for kids and adults alike. The clues arrived at just the right time. Would highly recommend and will be back again!

Excellent! We've played over 100 escape games and came to play both Professor Dunstan and Sub-Terra back to back as a two and were amazed. Both very different styles of games with very different themes and objectives. Would definitely recommend both! Alex was a great host and could tell he had a passion for escape games. Thanks again for the hospitality and hope to see you again next time!

Had heard only good things about Co-Decode's rooms so I was glad to finally get to see for myself. My mum and I played Professor Dunstan and the search for the Ancient Statuette which was another successful mission to us relatively experienced players. The good thing with this company is you can adjust the difficulty level to give you more puzzles to solve in the room. We played on medium difficulty as there was only 2 of us and thought that was a safer option. Our host and games master, Alex, was very friendly and we agreed that he would only give us help or hints if we asked, or if we were completely heading in the wrong direction with something. This worked out well and we only needed help on a few ocassions. The puzzles in this game were very unique which I always love, especially as I've played 60 games now, so it's nice to see new concepts. The game had good themeing throughout and its clear a lot of time and effort has gone into building the room and setting the scene. We completed the game with 1 minute 24 seconds left so again, I'm glad we didn't go for the harder difficulty setting! I look forward to going back in the future to try out the other 2 games on offer and would definitely recommend Co-decode to anyone looking to play a game that stands up to it's positive reviews.

Thank you for an amazing father's day, a great day out for the family of 4. (2 adults a 15 year old and 11 year old) We thoroughly enjoyed tackling the Sub Terra! They were very helpful and made our day special. Thanks again!

👍👍 Amazing experience, highly recommended to anyone wanting a really good fun family day day out! We had a go at the 'Titanic' escape room with our 4 boys (aged 9 to 13) and we just managed to escape with 6 mins to spare. The kids did much better at solving the clues than us adults and they really en...
