It's impossible to get an appointment at this practice. I went in in a lot of pain once and was told by the receptionist I might be lucky to get an appointment 3 weeks hence. I stood and cried - felt embarrassed later. I live on my own and worry that if I were ill I would be frightened of contacting this practice. Its nearly 3 years since I visited last. I also agree with previous comment about confidentiality as the person who answers the phone asks what your call is about. It's made fairly clear that you have to divulge details of what may be a personal/intimate nature to an unqualified person.

Last year in October I had really bad infection and on the first day I rang 23 times no one answered then the next day phoned 12 times and then I got to speak to a Doctor and said need to see you She was fantastic. When I saw her she said you should have come in yesterday you have a really bad infection . I said that I had phoned 23 times and no-one picked up .She was not impressed at all. Gave me medication and had a follow up. It not looking good .Some of the receptionist are great and some are NOT and they know who they are. Doctors fantastic. Hope things get better and MANGERMENT are definitely ruining the surgery . Like the poor NHS AGAIN THAT IS MANGERMENT FROM THE VERY TOP WHO ARE NOT DOING THERE JOBS AND GETTING PAID WAY TO MUCH MONEY AND NURSE'S & DOCTORS deserve that money. please get Bradley's practice back to the way it was before COVID.

Excellent doctors, let down by the awful reception staff though. I’ve always been a patient here, but I’ve recently moved and my new surgery was a shock. They are so helpful! Not jumped up receptionist like at Bradley’s. Glad I won’t ever have to go through the ordeal of getting an appointment here again! Maybe whoever is in charge could work towards improving the service? Your receptionists need reminding they are not doctors!

If you can actually get through on the shocking phone system that is stacked against you, prepare for a special kind of passive aggressive attitude for daring to get an appointment. Should you manage to get an appointment, once the planets align, then the care you get from the actual GP's is very good. After moving away from Cheshire and a very good practice, this was a bit of a shock. I will be trying to register with another practice. Do yourself a favour and find another practice. The above was not written lightly either, 6 years and 3 visits and hours playing whack a mole with the phones and treading on egg shells around reception staff, frankly if i ran my business like this i wouldn't expect to be in business for long and would want to know.

Completed an econsult on 6th September, and recieved a text to say my treatment is none urgent and a doctor will contact me on 27th September. Who has decided my yreatment is none urgent? I have simply asked for medication, how can this consult system be quicker than an appointment ?

Almost impossible to get appointment or even a conversation with g.p or nurse. 6 years in this surgery never had one physical appointment.... Do yourself a favour dont sign up here. They wont have time for you. They only have time if you are getting jabbed. Better off going to a&e when your problem becomes so bad you need too.

Terrible customer service and never keep their promises and do as they say they are going to do. No care for us, still waiting for help. Tell you to go the hospital or pharmacy for them to tell you to just see your GP.

Can't get through on the phones,or get stuck in a menu loop. If you call in you can't book an appointment, and the online booking is hit and miss. Will try a different practice .

An absolute shambles of a practice. If you eventually get through on the phone don't expect to see a doctor as you will just get fobbed off, how they are still in business is beyond me. The only reason I've given them 1 star is because you can't give zero.

They make unilateral decisions about restricting the medicine you require without contacting you. Do not register with this practice. They are negligent.

This place has gone from bad to worse. Hospital sends letter to prescribe new medication and they never contacted me, I called in to ask about it and was told 'doctor will do a review' that was 2 months ago. Time to move to another I think..

Tried to phone to talk about a prescription problem took an hour to get through and then told only emergency’s for two days, very poor. On visiting the surgery the receptionist was very helpful though.

Rang to ask for advice follwing recent surgery and received excellent service. Rang initially and the receptionist was more than helpful. She completed an econsult form over the phone, spending time to check all the details were correct. I had a return call literally within minutes and an appointment for 15 minutes later. Consultation with doctor who was genuinely interested in my welfare resulting in a prescription and professional advice. This isn't the first time that I've received excellent service from the practice. Thank you so much.

Wow I took poorly weekend, didn’t make a fuss, didn’t want them to think I’m a pain BUT had to call to Mold explained what happened, then got a call to say go to Buckley where I met a lovely lady named Karen who went above and beyond to help me today and I can’t thank them enough! Now waiting to go to hospital! Thank you ALL so much! It means a lot x

Had a very emphatic and efficient experience yesterday and today at Bradleys Mold. Rebecca diagnosed and reassured me and the service from the pharmacy ladies was excellent.

Has to be the worst practice in Mold. Failed to examine or treat me for 3 months. I was forced to pay privately to see a consultant who diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis. He has prescribed medication but Bradleys ignore his emails and calls and refuse to prescribe my medication, forcing me to pay for it privately.

Exceptional service, from using the E Consult, the call back time and swiftly seeing a GP!! We cannot rate this surgery highly enough...keep up the good work guys!

Can't complain really. Drs are always nice. Had a few run ins with the receptionists but it's a thankless task so I have sympathy. The online questionnaire thing is a life saver for those of us not retired

I truly don’t understand all of the poor reviews. I came to Bradley’s nearly 3 years ago and my previous Drs was a nightmare. Since I started there I have been treated incredibly kindly by all of the reception staff, Drs and pharmacist. They have gone out of their way to help me multiple times and I have always had questions answered/been seen very very quickly. I’m someone who has a lot of medication and gets ill quite a lot, so they have had to deal with me multiple times a month and they have always been fantastic. Certainly the best Drs I have ever been to!

First class treatment from Sister Rebecca Heath and Dr Rowlands, Bradley’s Practice, Mold. Sister Heath was knowledgeable, professional and empathic and without doubt my appointment was the most positive experience of this kind and I am so very grateful. I received a telephone consultation from Dr Rowlands on an arranged day (facilitated by Sister Heath) and as per my previous experience of Dr Rowlands she was kind, supportive, listened to my concerns and suggested an outcome that we were both happy with. My experience of Dr Rowlands has always been that not only is she a very knowledgeable and experienced Doctor but she also has a great warmth and kindness and a genuine interest in helping her patient. In such challenging times it must be especially difficult to maintain high levels of patient care, so I am especially thankful to Sister Heath and Dr Rowlands for their time and their support.

Just moved here, wasn’t sure about anything as my last surgery was 1 doc, 1 nurse! So big move for me and not sure how anything worked at this surgery! I Walked in, a nice lady on reception spoke to me and was very polite! Then the Doctor, a lovely Doctor, came and called me in, that’s Dr T Williams who listened to me! All in all on my first visit I feel I made the right decision moving here! I was very nervous, unsure but felt at ease. Thank You

Thank you so much to the girls on reception, in particular Ava. I wasnt feeling well and needed a quick prescription. With some trips back and forth between the pharmacy and practice, Ava did what was needed to resolve my issue with tonnes of patience and kindness. What could have been very stressful and upsetting, was made much better by the help and kindness she gave. Thank you Ava.

Now having to go to a private doctor for certain treatments as it’s a nightmare getting an appointment, done an e-consult on there website yesterday to receive a text back informing me this is non-urgent and someone call me on the 7th of September, how do they know it’s non-urgent I can’t even speak to anyone for 5 weeks!! 😠

I did an email consult this Am, had a telephone call at 9.15, with an appointment for 10.15 . Saw a Locum, Dr Simpson? She was thorough, and helpful. Thankyou
