The doctors at Western Avenue usually make every effort they can to assist the patients. Considering I've heard other practices can have up to 2 weeks waiting times, I've generally been able to get an appointment on the day if needed. No practice in the entire UK is perfect, and yes, sometimes you need to be patient as with anything, so those giving this practice one star maybe need to experience some others for a little perspective.

Doctor Ojeda is great, but staff at the reception is highly unprofessional and arrogant. 3 weeks im waiting for the dose update on my repeated persription that i need to take daily.It was changed by my gyno and i had 3 phone calls to the hospital which confirmed each time that is visible in system. Reply I got " call 111 for emergency medication" .also been given false times to contact manager in regards of the complaint that i want put in. RIDICULOUS!

Unbelievable, I'm for these w..kers to ring me back for three weeks. Don't register there if you have a choice

First impression was good but as the weeks have gone by not so good,one receptionist was rude, and said I didn’t request my meds when I have to every week!! And now I’m having to wait for them for the third time in a month!!

Can't even register, forms too long and complicated and they don't tell you which one to fill in from their website. Website something from the 90s

I would like to say a Thank you to this surgery and all doctors and nurses that have helped me since being a Patient at this surgery. They have all been very Courteous and very helpful. And Thank you to my Doctor, Dr Adams who has also helped me over the years.

Always really helpful and efficient, sorted a prescription ready for me within an hour of ringing last week

I put my repeat perscritions in every week on wed or thu n they dont go threw so im left days without medications i need daily. All i get told wen i ring up is no prescriptions been sent to them wen i know it has im not well n its makin me anxious n left in pain

Terrible Drs surgery, can't even process someone's prescription, Multiple occasions it's happend and you approach the desk to unfortunately less than happy to help staff very condescending! With all due respect if you actually did your job and process a simple request patents wouldn't be dropping like flies and leaving similar reviews! 2.9 rating should've known better!

Just signed up at this practice after moving into the area. Now I can't say too much about the medical side yet but the registration process was easy enough. Had a couple of problems with the form but that was more my fault due to poor memory but the staff were able to help me complete it. The Centre is conveniently located and looks very clean and well maintained, the staff were also friendly and helpful. It will take some time to complete the registration and get on their books but that is the same everywhere these days due to the way the government and upper echelon of the NHS have incorrectly handled the whole "pandemic" so well done to the staff here for keeping it all together 👏 Edit Down to 3 stars from 5 The Physiotherapist has cancelled appointments with me twice now on the day of tha appointment. Another two weeks of pain to look forward too now, excellent 👍

Since moving to the area over a year ago. I've been once after signing up. My partner a couple more times. We've only had positive and efficient experiences. Everyone we've met have been professional and kind. Best practice I've been to.

1st time there since new doctors arrived..can not fault the receptionist or the quality of care from Dr Royles
