Great escape room. We've done a lot of rooms so we can't at this one with a lot of experience. The puzzles were at a good level and plenty of them, some news types that we'd not seen before and plenty that we'd done very similar things to, but overall a great feeling in the room. Plenty to be going at for multiple people at the same time meaning all 5 of us were kept busy. After doing this one room, I'll definitely be tempted to come back and do others there

Well run and organised place. There were 26 of us split into groups and it wàs seamless how we were dealt with. No pressure for us to leave as we were all staggered. Pitched at the right level and some teams escaped and others nearly did. The youngest ones enjoyed the experience too.

Great way to keep the family occupied on a rainy day. Not the cheapest hour of fun you'll have but you pay for what you get.

Absolutely brilliant place. Took kids for the first time (ages 7, 10 and 12). We managed to break out with 15mins spare. Dark magic was a great first room for them to try with the guy giving clues where needed to help us all. Lots of different rooms to try, good prices and friendly staff :) definitely recommend.

Great experience for only our second escape room. Cameron was very helpful and despite not managing to escape we had a great time. Such a shame we don't live nearer and are just here on holiday, otherwise I think you would be seeing a lot more of us!

It was fun. Booked at the last minute and we &t a fairly tough challenge. Another 3 minutes and we might have succeeded. Didn't really matter though. Jason, our host, was brilliant..

I took my 15 year daughter and her 3 friends for her birthday. Unsurprisingly I had to sit there waiting until they 'broke out' as they were all under 16. Sadly the facilities for me were lacking. The waiting room did not receive any 4G/5G with no offer of free Wi-Fi and when asked if there was a coffee machine I was directed to a water and sweet vending machine. Little bit frustrating sat for an hour watching a breakout promo on repeated loop on a flat screen TV. For the record, the staff were very polite and informative and my daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Had such great fun in the Identify room at Breakout Chester with my daughters, completing the escape with over six minutes to spare! Have to admit we had a little help from the ever so helpful and friendly Wilfred - thank you 😊 Enjoyed it so much we are about to book another room for next week too! We have every intention of completing all nine rooms!

Really good escape room. There was only the two of us so we opted for an easier room. Was a really good experience and we escaped with time to spare
