Mike has made Meritor gym one of the best, if not the best, gym in the area. Jam packed full of high end plate loaded machines, it is a well laid out and extremely well equipped gym. This is matched up with a great cardio room and also a combat sports area. Coaches are on hand for all aspects of training and nutrition. Thoroughly recommended.

I joined around 3 weeks ago due to my other gym closing. Got to say, the progress I've seen since joining in as little as 3 weeks is brilliant. I've always struggled with mind-muscle connection but the equipment they have there takes that away. The amount of equipment there means you can mix up your workouts so you're not doing the same routine every time. Other gym goers are friendly too. It's always tough joining a new gym but have been made to feel very welcome.

Love coming here for the muay Thai classes when I'm working this way. Wish I could use the gym also but unfortunately they don't do day passes

Great gym with a lot of equipment and facilities, including sunbeds and additional boxing gym, PT sessions also available through the owner Mike which has helped me make huge progress and can't fault his techniques at all!
