    After knowing Matt for over a year now, we met at a local gym. I myself at the time was very down as I had been training for a while and seemed to be getting nowhere. Matt offered/asked if I would like to train with him as he was opening up his own gym. I gladly said yes and I was made up he had asked as I had seen him a few times and knew he knew his stuff. Upon training with Matt I quickly started seeing results almost straight away, I was lifting heavier and losing body fat quickly which is what I was wanting to do from the start. His nutrition advice and training program he set me on worked wonders and I cannot thank him enough. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone wanting to better there gym experience, strength training, physical appearance and/or better there understanding of nutrition.

    I worked with Matt for a few months to get me back into training after a period of lockdown and general lethargy! He was able to tailor sessions directly to my needs and was really supportive! His knowledge on proper technique is outstanding. Great set up in his gym, great PT, highly recommend!!

    Matt truly is a great PT, as many others have said. His knowledge is second to none and his drive pushes you enough to make significant progress but not too much that he’ll scare you off 😂 I spent 12 months with Matt and can honestly say I have zero regrets. I wish I’d done it years ago!

    I first went to see Matt in May 2019, I had not set foot in a gym for at least 10 years and had zero confidence. My goal was to loose at least 2 stone before my wedding (June 2020). I can not recommend Matt enough! His knowledge is second to none. We easily achieved 2 stone and kept going. I’m now over 4 stone lighter and a lot healthier. Matt not only knows how to train correctly but massive knowledge on diet and all round well being.

    I would recommend Matt to all my friends and family. I have always trained in gyms but I realised since working with Matt I hadn't even touched the surface. I felt muscles I never thought I had! Matts approach I believe is tailored because it was all new territory for me yet he made me feel at ease. I have become more aware of my body and what it's capable of since starting with Matt. I have a long way to go still but I know for sure it's reachable with Matt by my side. If you want someone who knows his stuff, who encourages you well then go and see Matt. 5 star👏🏼

    Quick fix to my severe lower back pain by sports massage. Matt was very professional, friendly and assessed problem quickly. He guided me through the options of what could have happened and explained the issue, then applied the massage. After the massage we had a stretching session and he even showed me the exercises to prevent future problem. 10 stars out of 5 :) I couldn't lean for days and had a severe pain, after one session I was fixed and I couldn't believe it! Great job Matt, highly recommend!

    Really happy with my progress over the last 16 weeks and been down to Matt being patient, positive and pushy in the absolute best way. He knows what he's talking about as to be fair he lives and breathes the gym and it really shows with his training, he loves it and importantly he seems to get a real kick out of seeing the progress his clients are making. I was nervous the first time I went cause at the time my confidence wasn't where I wanted it to be but Matt put me at ease and I felt instantly comfortable. I would highly recommend Matt.

    A great PT. Matt always shows his dedication in ensuring his clients achieve their goals and even surpass these and achieve more! He has helped me in suggesting ways to improve my core workouts and gave me a great workout to help with developing my abs. It also helped me fit into my wedding suit! Would highly recommend!

    I have been working with Matt since February and couldn’t recommend him highly enough!! I had only been to a gym a handful of times before this, but I felt too self-conscious to work out in front of others. I was slightly apprehensive going into my first PT session with Matt, but he quickly made me feel at ease. I really appreciated how he tailored every session specifically to my needs and set achievable targets to encourage my progress. Matt has been so accommodating fitting in my sessions around my ever-changing work schedule, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I can get my training in! It has been great to see obvious progress with my fitness week on week, and I am so grateful to Matt for pushing me and encouraging me in every session. Not only has my physical fitness improved, but so too has my mental health and self esteem. Thank you for everything Matt, I couldn’t have wished for a better PT!

    Matt is a fantastic PT! I have worked with him for most of this year and I have had some fantastic sessions with him throughout our time together. The sessions are always carefully planned and specifically suited to my needs. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to improve personal fitness.

    I started one to one's with Matt because I had committed to an event but I was still nursing an old injury and felt I needed guidance. My aim was to enjoy the training process without picking up a new injury or aggravating my old one. As it happens, the outcome was more than I could have hoped for! I learnt new ways of stretching problematic areas for me, my old injury was able to heal (I now have full movement through stretching and strengthening surrounding areas) and I surpassed my best hopes for the event and my body! Never had I thought weight lifting was for me, but training was also so much more than weight lifting. I loved how Matt kept things fresh, challenging, diverse and fun! I highly recommend sessions with Matt for reaching goals and aspirations, increasing movement/mobility, training plans and the added bonus of increasing mind and body confidence through achieving, perhaps previously thought, inconceivable goals.

    Matt was fantastic! Personalised plan and attention to detail helped me to progress quickly from a beginner using free weights to starting Olympic style lifting. Would definitely recommend.

    Very patient, flexible, reliable, knowledgeable! Excellent coaching skills, very professional. Environment very clean and calm, 1:1 makes it easier to build confidence quickly. Was very nervous to start with, Matt put me at ease and I have seen improvements in all areas, even my memory and mood! Highly recommend to anyone!

    Whatever your goals or age Matt has the knowledge and experience to help you. His Gym is ideal for those 1.1 sessions and it is well equipped I have recommend Matt to friends and they haven’t been disappointed
