I
started
one
to
one's
with
Matt
because
I
had
committed
to
an
event
but
I
was
still
nursing
an
old
injury
and
felt
I
needed
guidance.
My
aim
was
to
enjoy
the
training
process
without
picking
up
a
new
injury
or
aggravating
my
old
one.
As
it
happens,
the
outcome
was
more
than
I
could
have
hoped
for!
I
learnt
new
ways
of
stretching
problematic
areas
for
me,
my
old
injury
was
able
to
heal
(I
now
have
full
movement
through
stretching
and
strengthening
surrounding
areas)
and
I
surpassed
my
best
hopes
for
the
event
and
my
body!
Never
had
I
thought
weight
lifting
was
for
me,
but
training
was
also
so
much
more
than
weight
lifting.
I
loved
how
Matt
kept
things
fresh,
challenging,
diverse
and
fun!
I
highly
recommend
sessions
with
Matt
for
reaching
goals
and
aspirations,
increasing
movement/mobility,
training
plans
and
the
added
bonus
of
increasing
mind
and
body
confidence
through
achieving,
perhaps
previously
thought,
inconceivable
goals.
