My boys love getting there hair cut here, Lee is amazing with the kids and puts them at ease and also makes them laugh.

awful, waiter outside while he was on a break and he saw me and proceeded to stay in the car, asked him for a taper fade and a bit of the top, took way too much off. Was rude and very rushed. And also while I was on my phone during the haircut he was looking at all my stuff and commenting about it. Awful haircut, rushed, he was very irratating and left me with a square head never coming back.

Awful experience - rude, saw everything as a problem and would not recommend. Having pre-booked my appointment, the barber didn’t do very much to make me feel welcome: rather, he made me feel like an inconvenience and continued to complain about how my choice of style could not be done. Throughout the experience, he was more concerned with changing the music and helping his friend out with applying for credit card. Sadly, this establish to employ staff who actually want to work rather than socialise with one another and treat their customers with care and respect.

Took my son for a haircut, was done by a man called Lee, brilliant hair cut, would defiantly recommend will be booking again soon.

Very impressed! Caitlin did a great job, the cut was exactly what I asked for. No messing, no endless talk about the weather. I will definitely book in with her again.

Lee did a fantastic job of cutting my 4 year old Grandson hair today. Fantastic service and he really engaged with him and put him at ease 💯

DISGUSTING I am devastated to of found out that your barber Lee had been calling my son a little rat on the few occasions he cut his hair, as well as making derogatory comments about my other sons hair being cut with garden sheers. DO NOT leave your children alone with this man. I'm glad we stopped going when we did as he was over charging us and not even doing a good job and I'd like my garden sheers back LEE.

Just wanted to give a mention to Lee who cut my toddlers hair today. Lee was professional, kind and did a fantastic job! My little boy is so fussy when it comes to getting his hair done, but Lee was patient and engaged with my son to keep him happy during the process. Thanks so much! Will be returning :-)

Today I took my little boy for a hair cut at Groom Lounge with Lee, as we always do. Lee is great with my son, who isn't particularly fussed on getting his hair cut but Lee always manages to make him laugh while giving him a top hair cut. As my son said " Lee is the best barber

Been taking my son to Lee for ages now, cut is always spot on, makes it a relaxed experience, has good banter with my son, nothing is ever too much trouble, can't recommend enough..

My two boys have been using Lee for over a year now and they will not go to anyone else. Lee makes them both feel comfortable and both boys come out with an amazing haircut and a huge smile. Lovely clean premises and easy to book. Highly recommend

Been taking my boys here for a while 2 & 9 my partner also has his hair done , Lee is fantastic with the children so is The other fella (sorry forgot your name ) what I like most is the speed , children get so bored and frustrated with hair cuts and the barbers here are quick without being unprofessional and always do a great job without the children really having time to notice or get bored ! My partner always looks so good when his hair is cut here at other places I have had to say there is a patch here and there either not done or uneven this so not the case here I’m pleased to say , I think it’s good value for money and the location is great for parking and great for getting other bits and bobs done at the same time , Will continue to use your service thanks again !

To be honest, I've been here three times so far and think I'll be finding another barber. Generally Lee and the other barber are nice, friendly ect, but 15 minutes isn't long enough for a haircut. With that being said on the occasions I've had my hair done either someone has walked in or booked and my haircut has then been instantly rushed this has left me unhappy. The latest visit killed it off for me as I knew instantly when someone walked in I was going to be doing within a minute... Probs a great barber for a low maintenance cut or a child's cut.

I have been in three or four times and tried cuts with both staff. Having curly hair I do occasionally come across hairdressers who make a mess if it. The cuts i have had here have been greatly great. Exactly what I was looking for and what I asked.

Had a medium fade at the groom lounge with Lee today, been there for the second time now, he knows exactly what he's doing, dry confident, at the back perfectly equal fade / cut each side. Very happy will be booking again with Lee very soon.

Took my son for his hair cut. I advised what grade I thought he usually had. My advice was given. Hair cut literally took 5 minutes. No effort was made. Hair cut was awful. Bits missing & didn’t shave neck. Didn’t have chance to check the hair before we left as went to the bank & shop went to get a drink! Won’t be going again!

I took my son to Groom Lounge to get his first haircut. Katie did an incredible job, she knew exactly how to settle him down and get his hair trimmed without any tears. Thank you Katie! Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely brilliant I carnt say enough how pleased iam everytime I've been its a 10 out of 10 except for one time I had my haircut by a lad called Mike chatty lad 40 mins to cut me hair and had to come back as it wasn't good enough but Lee sorted it strait away I recommend everyone to go there great job guys especially Lee topman

Been going to get my hair cut from Lee for over 3 months and he’s brilliant. I have a skin fade with a lot of adjustments and he’s very good at tailoring your hair to how you want it. I Would recommend him to anyone! He knows his stuff!
