Lovely garden centre , got the plant I’d been looking for . Really enjoyed the shops there is a great selection from clothes to candles , soaps , shoes and obviously garden tools. Was really disappointed with the food in the cafe. We chose fish and chips , it was just midday so I expected them to be hot and fresh, whilst the portion size was huge and the meal looked tasty , I found it to be cold and greasy. I will come back and try one of the delicious looking salads another time .

Visited on wet Sunday morning as wanted to get out of house in Chester for a decent cuppa. Turns out a lovely place to spend few hours. The place is well kept and while the rain clearly caused problems, some bucketing kept everything orderly. It is massive with plenty of goodies of all kinds for home, kitchen and garden. Naturally already running large section for Xmas. Plants looked healthy and beautiful. Sadly, like much on shelfs these days, the prices are on the high side but if you got time there are bargains to be found.

Wide variety of plants and bushes to suit all soil types. Everything very well set out and all looked healthy. Quite pricey. Many of the outdoor areas have covered walkways which is great when raining. Restaurant very busy 15 minute wait for table then 25 minute further wait for food so we didn't stay but understand food is good.

Just about the nicest garden centre in the area. The cafe is a bit expensive but the food is of a better quality. Lots of gluten-free options and all-around choice. Nearly all decorated for Christmas, the singing reindeer are funny for a short while, but I wouldn't want to work anywhere near them.

Cafe is over priced for sub standard food. Prawn Marie Rose sandwich was tasteless, just watered down mayonnaise not proper sauce. Gourmet cheese chips 🤣🤣 I've had better from a street vendor. Frozen soggy mess. Cappuccino was nice and presented well. Not worth £16 odd. Staff nice and friendly. Would go for coffee but not food.

Absolutely loved this place.... Definitely not your every day Garden Centre. Clothes, food, cafe amongst a huge array of pot plants, flowers, shrubs, perennials, trees. An outstanding store from beginning to end! Even bought a new outfit and a couple of cute egg cups!

The outdoor plant displays are quite nice and there is wheelchair access throughout. Cafe is ok although quite high prices for the food and its often not fully covered. Lovely food shop, again its very expensive but a nice treat and some good local meats. Great reductions on ornamental stones and chippings (currently half price) but the plants are quite expensive . Visited again Aug 2022, good selection of reduced plants.

What a wonderful centre. Grosvenor offered a wide range of plants shrubs trees etc all i top top condition. Their Christmas displays created an atmosphere making you wish it was already Christmas. Lots of interesting and colourful baubles and pieces. Magic!

Popped in to see if we could get a nice quality snow globe. Found just what we wanted plus a few more nice things too. Plus by signing up for the loyalty card (free). We saved about 40 pounds on full price.

It's perfectly festive. My kids lived the singing reindeer. We waited maybe 10 Kim's for a table. The Roast dinner are excellent!

Breakfast With Santa was brilliant. Staff were all lovely and polite, nothing was to much trouble for them. As well as Santa there was a snowman, Reindeer and a dancing Christmas tree. The stuff your own soft toy was a lovely touch. The kids loved seeing Santa and the breakfast was nice to. The only downside was when I booked, it asked for kids names and something they like, but this was not mentioned when we went so didn't see the point in that. 5 stars.

I always meet my Momma at The Grosvenor Garden Centre for a coffee & catch up. Delicious food & comfortable seating area. I can highly recommend the amaretto & mandarin trifle, it was scrumptious. The only thing I have issue with is the Internet access, they really need to get that sorted. A wonderful place that sells absolutely everything but the kitchen sink!

Always a joy to go there especially at Christmas time. We decided to have some lunch but we were a little disappointed. My husband had a marie rose prawn sandwich with salad trimmings which looked good. However, he said the sauce was different to the normal sauce and it was not to his liking. I appreciate this can be a personal thing. I had a sultana scone which was generous in size. However, sadly, it was very doughy and dry 🙁. Again this is personal taste. Don't let this review put you off, it could all be to your taste and liking.

Lovely selection of indoor plants. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Always pretty decorations at Xmas time. Unfortunately they're no longer selling sugar free items.

Found it after missing exit 41 off m56. Took the next exit and saw the sign for a garden center. What a gem. Disabled toilet lovely amd clean. Lots of different sections from clothes to glassware to gardening to plants. Aquarium section too. Lovely restaurant . Really tasty food ...plenty of choice. Also food to buy at great prices. Will definitely go again and stay longer.

Lovely garden centre however I am very disappointed in their fish department. After taking my niece out for the day and her wanting to go around the fish department, I was very disappointed about how many dead fish were visible within the tanks. Some of these fish were basically down to the bone where the others in the tank had eaten them. Having to explain all this to a child wasn't a very nice experience. I understand how when a place is busy it can be hard to make sure everything looks good to the public but there was hardly anyone there and two members of staff were just stood talking to each about their weekend plans

Pleasant staff, well stocked, there's something here for everyone. I was surprised to find that some things were significantly cheaper than Amazon, particularly the bulky things, I suppose there's no carriage charges if you pick stuff up yourself. Excellent place for an hours browse if you can keep the females in your life away from all the clothes :-) Cafe has a good range of food from roast dinners to salads, and cream cakes and there's somewhere for the kids to play too.

Great garden centre 👌 Excellent choice of house plants, outdoor plants, pots, garden chairs, tables and other garden equipment. They have as well an amazing choice of delicious cakes and olive oil. I fell in love with wooden stuff which you can buy there. Wine stands, tables, etc.

Usually enjoy bringing my toddler to this garden center. Beautiful selections of plants and flowers, and she enjoys looking at the fish. Staff are always very friendly and happy to help. We like to have brunch at the cafe. But feel like most recent visit today the cafe has gone downhill. We like to sit next to the indoor play area so little one can play in eye-sight, the play area was messy and hardly any toys in (which is unusual as it's usually clean and we'll stocked) lots of child free people sitting in that area too, looking down their noses at a child playing (in the children's area?) Then we ordered a child's portion of egg on toast, for my toddler (which the staff have done before for us) and was charged £6 for one piece of toast with a tiny bit of scrambled egg! Which I would hope is a child's portion, or that's a complete rip off!! Kind waitress refunded us the difference. I have been put off from bringing my toddler here again now though, it's a family garden center, why are children being made to feel unwelcome?

We had a lovely day walking around the centre. I purchased a dress and a cooling towel for my holiday. We asked for advice on pond and purchased some products with the advice from your very helpful staff. The cafe had a lovely Atmosphere and we enjoyed your Delicious cakes

I went to look at the Christmas section and wasn't disappointed. Other sections included clothing, food, stationery and of course garden animals and plants. The number 1 bus from Chester stops outside and on the opposite side to return

What an excellent garden center. Great choice of plants, shrubs and trees. Also a fantastic selection of outdoor patio furniture with very knowledgeable staff willing to help and advise. Ladies clothes franchise also in store with a great variety of items and accessories. Large car park. All in all well worth a visit.

Brilliant, I got the perfect rose bush together with the correct compost. The staff are also lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended even if you don't like gardening.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast on the way to visit relatives. We hadn't been since before covid. The staff were very welcoming and the food was lovely. I liked the table service, everything was so simple and relaxed. Afterwards we wandered back through the garden centre itself and it was so bright and colourful. Well stocked with a variety of healthy plant's and other interesting goods. I could have spent hours there, but family were waiting. So looking forward to going back and visiting other blue diamond garden centres.

First class customer service today. I rang to ask whether some items, one of which was very heavy, could be put to one side for me to pick up. The sales staff on the garden furniture section couldn't have been more helpful and transported it and loaded it to the car for me. I'm very grateful for your help today. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Nice garden centre, and nicely laid out with neat displays. We visited the cafe and the service was slow we were warned drinks could take 20mins once ordered as there was one lady making them all. It did take a while but the coffee and cake were lovely when they arrived and the staff were just as lovely. Only giving 4 stars for the cafe situation (as the managers should help them out a bit with staffing) but everything else was great.

One of the best garden centres I have visited. I only spent 2 hours there but could easily spend most of the day here. There is a massive range of plants and shrubs. Inside there is a massive range of furniture, lighting and household products. I fully intend to return and spend a full day here as I didn't have time to visit the cafe and fully view the inside products.
