The furniture in next looks cheap and is over priced. There are better furniture places in the local area that are better quality, rather than the (badly) laminated items on sale here. That being said, I do like some of their accessories.

Had amazing service from Karen in Menswear who was exceptionally helpful in assisting my grandson find the right fitting trousers for school today. Very professional....Next will be our first port of call in future.

Really expensive clothing even when it's on sale which I don't like. Also, if it's on sale it means that it does not have holes in it or a different colour to what you have ordered. Basically the expensive version of primark.

Really appreciate the help of Gail in the men's suit section. I rarely shop for suits and she was very helpful and couldn't do enough to make the shopping experience straightforward and easy. Top job.

Great store, love the clothing and the home range. This particular store loses 2 stars due to the inefficiency when collecting click and collect deliveries with my next order. Nearly every time it takes longer than it would to go and buy it in the shop!
