Went in there yesterday it was hard to find any staff after awhile 15 minutes found a girl we wanted to bye sun chair they didn't have any in stock so we asked for one on display she went to ask her manager if we could have it the item was very dirty it had footprints on it . The manager didn't even look at the chair she said to girl had to bye it full price. The girl did her best but manager should of been bit more interested in knowing what's on the shop floor and looking after her customers I will never go back to that store.

Took toys r us from me I have been crying myself to sleep for the past 3 years I keep getting flashbacks I can't control it. I don't feel anything. Some days I just go and look and think about the past. The things I regret. The things I never did. It comes to me now whilst I'm writing this I feel a sort of nostalgia a nostalgic feeling just seeing the shape of the building. It's almost like me and it share an otherworldly energy. I don't understand. All I know is I'll be crying myself to sleep tonight as well.

Went in to buy 6 items. 4 of which didn't have a price on the shelves so lost my tag and put everything back. If your going to sell something at least put the dam price on it

Bought cantilever parasol needed counter balance weights, none in stock. Asked about the ones on display. They couldn't have been more helpful excellent customer service, from floor staff to store manager. Sorted me out with the display ones. Made a hot day much cooler 😎

Great store for bathroom items. We brought some bath mats & towels which were very good price. Plenty of parking & helpful staff .

First time visiting the range we got fined £175 for staying 22 minutes over the parking limit, while I was heavily pregnant and had a one year old, all appeals were ignored. Second time, stressful experience because of the parking limit with a now two year old and a seven month old, didn't have what we went for in store so ordered online. Got charged extortionate delivery which took days and got delivered the wrong colour of what we ordered, also in a bad condition. I am honestly sick of going to the range now, I only visit for the Christmas stuff but to be honest, what they have is not worth the stress. Don't think I will be returning.

Vast amount of goods available. I spent far too long in the shop and bought a lot of things I hadn't seen anywhere else. Brilliant stationery and art section. The lady on the till was extremely helpful.

Really good customer service, very helpful staff. Most stock available despite being during the festive season. Would highly recommend.

Great at what it does, but not a specialist hardware store. Not the place to go if you need something distinctive for a project but a brilliant place to browse and stock up on various things as the prices are good and they have a good range.

Not very wheelchair/scooter/pram accessible. Had to pack up on myself lods of times and reverse down aisles because the ends were blocked with baskets or benches and products. Some you can't even get into because both ends were blocked up.

We had a lovely experience in the Cafe here today and I felt compelled to leave a review. I didn't catch her name, but the lady serving was so brilliant and accomadating with my twin girls. It can be a nightmare taking twin toddlers out and about, but this member of staff made it a lovely little outing as she had twins of a similar age herself. Thank you so much!

Very good Range shop on the Chester Retail Park. It's got every thing for the house, garden, pets, toys, arts and craft. I even noticed stand up paddle boards for sale. There's a nice cafe and more shopping on the first floor with a lift or stairs to take you there. I got a cheese toastie, packet of crisps and cappuccino for £5 on one of their meal offers. The staff are very helpful and will walk with you to find anything you've not been able to find for yourself. There's a large free carpark and many more shops beside it.

Love the shop has a good stock here! However as many of their stores and many items which are not priced which is frustrating. And the tills always never have enough staff. Also the toilets are not cleaned well

Wanted a Hartley light grey nest of tables. They only had the display ones in stock and wouldn't sell them as it was a new product and they didn't have another set to replace it with. Told me i could order a set online and get them delivered to my house for a £10 delivery charge. They advertise an order to store and pick up but this was not available 😕. We got the same response in Bromborough that's why we went to Chester...

Over all a nice shopping experience. However , I am disabled and use a scooter to get around. The access in this shop is a disgrace. Narrow and overcrowded rows ,breakable items in silly places. By the end I felt like running things over !! Grrr!!

Bought an outdoor furniture set in store. It was missing a cushion, however I was reassured that the cushion would arrive in July. No problem, I was happy to wait. It’s now august and Lily who was dealing with the order of the new cushion actually hasn’t ordered the new cushion, isn’t returning any of my calls and is fobbing me off to other members of staff who are also clueless on what to do. I don’t believe it’s that difficult to order a new cushion.

The Range, Chester is a wonderful store. With everything you would need for your home. From ornaments, to picture, plants to dog beds. Plus everything in between. It is wonderful to wander around and see what you need. Somethings you didn't even know you needed them until you see them. They have clever gadgets and cleaning accessories too. The staff are always friendly and helpful. A great place to shop.

Good range of items however staff not too good at providing help. Asked if a chest of drawers was in stock- reply 'no'. No follow up with when in stock or offer to check another store or alternative suggested. Long wait and not socially distanced check out queue

I found it a little disappointing as they did not have a great deal of choice. Unlike the name there was very little range of products. Prices were a bit higher in this store compared to the Bromborough store. Staff were a little put out by my asking for help about a product.

Biggest shop of it's type in the region with an excellent choice of products to be found. A nice safe environment to go shopping in especially with covid 19 still being an issue. Good measures against covid. It is an easy place to access and there are a lot of good amenity shops in the area around it to so well worth a visit.

Parking is excellent, on the flat. Access to the store via wide doors. Well laid out with wide isles. A good variety of stock for home wares of most tastes. Staff helpful and friendly. Certainly worth a look if you're interested to find certain things for the home.
