Visited with daughter, she enjoyed her trip and the staff in the changing rooms were very helpful.

A good store I just went in for the children's selection and couldn't get anything. Social distancing in place, hand sanitizer at the door, one way system. Staff friendly.

Mixed experience with this store and the brand in general. The clothing and designs are nice and are high quality, but I've bought defective items on multiple occasions that I've had to return which is inconvenient. The clothes are on the higher end so I expect them to be right the first time without having to go in for a replacement.

I don't go in there it's for the younger people but I bought a winter coat last year and one about four weeks ago in th sales

very disrespectful staff. I came to buy shoes and handbag because I needed them for tonight, but I was asked out because the store has to close in 5 minutes. Ok, we all want to go home as soon as possible after work but when I heard the staff talking about me on the walkie talkie and laughing at me - I was shocked. I think the director should take care and find a staff that cares about sales and customers. I really felt humiliated.

Staff ignore you and changing rooms are filthy the whole shop is covered in dust hasn’t had a good clean in years
