would
love
to
give
Tim
Horton's
a
good
review
but
I
don't
think
I
have
ever
had
a
good
enough
experience
with
them
to
warrant
it.
First
off,
their
online
delivery
through
the
various
apps
is
a
joke
-
they
*never*
get
the
order
right.
There's
always
something
wrong
or
missing.
The
drive
through
is
tolerable,
so
long
as
you
have
your
wits
about
you
and
watch,
then
check
your
order
as
it's
often
wrong.
Finally,
the
in-store
experience
is
rarely
any
better.
The
order
pedestals
are
a
must
if
you
want
to
see
the
full
menu
as
the
digital
displays
don't
cover
everything,
especially
for
vegetarian
options...plus
the
staff
often
ignore
you
if
you
try
and
order
via
the
tills
anyway.
Again,
the
orders
are
often
mixed
up
and
wrong.
The
staff
seem
pleasant,
so
I
can't
work
out
if
it's
ineptitude,
apathy
or
a
wanton
disregard
for
any
kind
of
good
customer
experience.
When
the
food
order
is
correct
(very
rare)
and
the
hot
food
is
served
hot
(not
often),
then
it
can
be
a
pleasant
experience,
but
that
rarely
happens.
This
review
is
a
result
of
multiple
experiences
over
at
least
a
year...
I
always
hope
they'll
improve,
but
they
rarely
do.
Tim
Horton's
is
one
for
disappointing,
incorrect
and
painfully
over-priced
food
and
drink.
Honestly,
you're
better
going
elsewhere.
