Helpful staff at counter and on phone. Gave advice on products. Delivery turned up at correct time. Good quality materials. Happy with what we paid as everything went smoothly and we used the local branch too.

Received order this morning from Birkenhead branch, on time and all order was correct, driver was excellent, got all the bulk bags, right up the driveway out of the way, to make it easier for us.

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered a lot of material on Friday morning ready to be delivered on Saturday morning as promised before 12 dinner time. Waited all morning, and had paid men to come and get things ready in my garden and they sat and waited for materials to arrive to no avail. Rang the company to find out where my order was at 12.10 to be told the man I had spoken to and who had promised my delivery couldn't fit my delivery in until Monday but did not see fit to contact me and let me know. So annoyed was not the word I have been left out of pocket due to the men I had to pay for sitting around all morning. POOR COMMUNICATION will never use again!!! Wouldn't leave any stars for rating but I'm forced to choose one to be able to post!!!
