    Excellent service. Callum gives you a clear plan of action from the start which is very reassuring. After many years of struggling with my injury I now feel a lot stronger and confident about managing this long term. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Callum again.

    I've worked with Callum for the past 8 month's and he has really help me sort my lower back injury which was causing problems with my training. Since doing sports massage with Callum on my deload week and tweaking my training, I have had no lower back issues since. Callum genuinely cares about helping you get to the bottom of your problem. I highly recommend Callum to anyone who is struggling with any sort of injury.

    NHS failed me multiple times, claiming I’d never be able to clean & press and perform press-ups again. Callum got me there in 2-3 months. He also helped me with my knee after I torn my LCL and the NHS misdiagnosed this too. Top guy who knows what he’s talking about and I will be regularly supporting his service in future.

    Callum was such a huge help, an I'll never be able to thank him enough. I went to Callum with back/joint problems from working as a Nurse which had left me with a lot of pain and restrictive movement. After having even one session I felt the relief almost immediately, I carried on with frequent sessions and it was definitely the right decision. I have since lost weight, gained muscle and my range of movement had never been better and for my work that is vital. Though I've moved country with work, I'd recommend callum to anyone on the planet! His dedication to his clients is second to none. I've promised myself, should I ever be in the area again when flying home to visit family - I'll book in for some therapy. 5⭐️ and WELL worth the money

    I have known Callum for many years now and have always went to him for any niggles that i have. I have recently moved to Australia and have aggravated a previous knee injury. I knew Callum operated an online service and due to my previous consultations with Callum, i have built a strong trust in him so i decided to reach out again. As always, Callum went into great depth and provided me with a thorough rehabilitation plan. Even with the time difference, Callum managed to provide an excellent service by continuously checking up on my progress. Even from the other side of the world, i could not recommend him enough! Thank you again, Callum!

    Brilliant,, I went to Callum after experiencing pain in my lower back which had prevented me from exercising. Callum put me on a 5 week recovery plan that involved sports massages and physical gym workouts to get my lower back back to strength. It was a pleasure working with Callum and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is experiencing any pain or discomfort in the body.

    I went to Callum after experiencing pain in my lower back which had prevented me from exercising and playing rugby. Callum put me on a 8 week recovery plan that involved sports massages and physical gym workouts to get my lower back back to strength. Later in the program he tailored the workouts towards rugby, and allowed my body to condition to the physical needs of the sport. It was a pleasure working with Callum and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is experiencing any pain or discomfort in the body. Matt

    I’ve been working with Callum for just under a year now for both PT and sports massage on a shoulder injury. I’ve always loved the gym especially weight training, but had fallen off the wagon a little bit. Since working with Cal I’ve found my spark again and I’m enjoying working out again and love that I’m getting my strength back - I really enjoy the PT sessions, Cal is very knowledgable and is always incorporating different, new exercises into the workouts which I love! The shoulder injury has been an issue I’ve had for years that has progressively got worse, I’ve seen multiple physios & chiropractors but have been able to fix the issue. I have a weekly massage with Callum a I’ve found since doing that I’m not in pain anymore and the training is also helping to strengthen and fix my shoulder. Thanks Cal - would definitely recommend!

    I visited Callum for the first time yesterday for a sports massage as I had several aches and pains. The session was really good with Callum using just the right amount of pressure. I felt really good after the massage and I've already booked my next session. Thanks Callum 👌

    I started working with Callum about 15 months ago and am so pleased with the progress I have made. I was recovering from a hip injury and chose to work with Callum because of his broader experience with injury rehabilitation. During this time, Callum has been supportive and has pushed me in a safe and constructive way starting with multiple sessions a week and moving down to one session a week plus planned sessions for me to work through on my own.

    Callum is professional and at the same time puts you at ease. His explanation of what the issue is is easily understood (simple English). His soft tissue massage technique was great and he explained that I would be sore during the evening but it would ease up. He is great 👍🏻

    Callum is very personable and knowledgeable in his field. He took time to explore all possible contributing factors to my injury and explained the best course of treatment . After my initial treatment I could already feel a difference and the pain had been reduced.Follow -ups to check progress were planned - a course of exercises being provided to help minimise the possibility of repeat injury. I would highly recommend Callum and CJ Performance Healthcare.

    After having a knee problem for 4 years I took a chance and visited Callum. The care and attention he gives is second to none. With a combination of massage and workouts my knee is feeling much stronger now. From having daily pain and discomfort I am now pain free most days. The support given by Callum won’t be forgotten. He knows his stuff and builds confidence - give him a try you won’t regret it 😊

    Callum has been a huge help in getting me (literally) back on my feet after I fractured my foot in two places in Feb 22. Since the injury I’ve struggled with my mobility, endurance and general leg/ankle strength. Callum was brilliant at identifying problem areas from a quick assessment and tailored a challenging yet rewarding program to meet my needs. After 6 weeks with CJ Performance I’m back to my running with no pain or discomfort at all. Knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to his work, I’d recommend Callum to anyone looking for a sports rehabilitation expert!

    Callum and CJ performance have been great, personal I visit Callum once a month for a check up and to make sure I'm fighting fit... I also refer all my members towards Callum if there is any injury worries and concerns and have full confidence they are in great hands with Callum The best thing Callum tells it how it is, doesn't just give blanket statements like "just don't exercise" and trys to get to the bottom of what has happened and comes up with a game plan to get you back to fitness the quickest... Highly recommended

    Had treatment with Callum over 4 weeks for a niggling back and hip injury. Very knowledgable and informative. The treatment was split between massage treatment and exercises. Great.

    I've been to see Callum for two injuries; the first was a shoulder injury and the second was for plantar fasciitis. On both occasions Callum knew exactly what to do. He has a great insight to his profession and this ultimately helped me recover from both injuries. Couldn't recommend him enough

    I came to Callum 6 months into my recovery after an ACL reconstruction. My initial 6 months was with a generic physio and I moved over to Callum to focus on sport specific rehab enabling me to get back to football. After the initial assessment with Callum it was clear that my previous rehab was insufficient for somebody wanted to return to sport and a plan was put into place to get me back on track. Callum was very knowledgeable about the injury and the causes, he made the sessions fun and in a way I was able to see improvements between most sessions. He also incorporated my rehab into my training by giving a structured weekly day by day plan of sport specific rehab and also strength and conditioning training. I would recommend Callum as he spends the time planning sessions specific to each individual and will listen to your goals and your concerns.

    I've had a number of appointments with Callum in order to deal with a painful shoulder injury. From my first meeting with him, he was very friendly, welcoming, polite and extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis and treatment. It's great to find someone prepared to take the time to listen in order to gain a full understanding of your problem, as well as making you feel comfortable and at ease. After having a couple more sessions, my issue cleared up, I was pain free, regained full mobility and felt back to normal. I would highly recommend Callum for anyone struggling with any pain, or injuries etc, he displays great expertise in his field, is client focused and ultimately provides an excellent service!

    I’ve had a sore back and shoulders for a while, and a Sports’s massage from Callum has really helped me. It wasn’t painful like I was expecting but has gotten rid of the aches I had and made my back feel much looser. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable, would definitely recommend!

    Had a few sessions with Callum now. He doesn't brutalise you like some physios/sports massage therapists I've used but is still highly effective. He's also well read and has good chat. Would highly recommend.

    I went to visit Callum recently, as I have struggled a bit to find a good sports massage, and I was very impressed. He's knowledgeable, affable and does a very comprehensive massage, rather than just focusing on the obvious areas. As I do a lot of indoor rowing, this is important to keep on top of, and I will definitely be visiting again.

    So I stumbled across CJ Performance Healthcare when, after more than 2 years restricted by horrible plantar fasciitis I had resorted yet again to an internet search in desperation. I had exhausted the skills of 2 previous apparently well qualified professionals so it was with a high level of scepticism that I filled in an online enquiry. I had an immediate response which was followed by a telephone consultation. I think my scepticism came through as I wasn’t sure anyone had the solution but give Callum his due, he convinced me his approach was different, it was holistic and backed by an impressive array of qualifications. The added benefit too was that he said he also has PF so I knew he could talk from experience. At this point I might add that I’ve just had my 70th birthday, I consider myself reasonably fit, active and healthy. So it has been very frustrating, to say the least to have been nobbled by this condition. Callum set out a programme of treatments, exercises and a homework exercise regimen with comprehensive explanations for every aspect. I was impressed with his confidence that this would be sorted by a date 12 weeks hence but there was still a nagging scepticism lingering. Very early on I discovered I was making significant progress and I’m pleased to say that I’ve gone from strength to strength! My doubts are history as is my PF. It’s so much more manageable now and is just an occasional nuisance. The difference is I have the tools to manage this, now and in the future. So in conclusion, if you’re as sceptical as I was, with some justification I know, give Callum a call, you won’t regret it. Not all physiotherapists are equal! Some, like Callum, stand head and shoulders above the rest, he’s done the studying, he’s knows how the body works and can help you get back to fitness, even an oldie like me. Thank you Callum. I wish you the very best for the great future you deserve. By the way it’s chocolate fudge cake this week. ( we discussed cake each week!).

    I had suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for over a year which was extremely painful and stopped me doing day to day activities, I tried all the usual remedies but nothing worked. I went to Callum for help and I am so glad I did. After 3 months I am pain free. Callum really knows his job and was very attentive and encouraged me to do exercises I thought I could never do. He has put me on the right track with diet and exercise which I feel I will stick to for life now. I have my life back, can go out for the day and not worry how far I will be able to walk, I can literally just get up and go and I am sure this will continue. Callum is a lovely person and I am so glad he put up with me as the results are life changing. I would definitely recommend Callum it has been so worth it.

    I would highly recommend CJ Performance. Friendly but professional, Callum is very informative and knows his stuff! I did 8 weeks rehab with Callum for a hip injury, and can now return to the gym stronger and pain free!
