After trusting the caravan clinic for the habitation checks and warranty work since buying our motorhome we were very disappointed today.. to say the least! 2 years ago Darren made it very clear to us that he will only carry out warranty work if he had carried out the hab check, which we could understand, but when we arrived today noone felt it was necessary to inform us BEFORE taking £200 off us that he now DOESN'T carry out any repairs under the warranty!!! So we travelled 140 miles, paid £200 , was told we needed some repairs done but they weren't going to help us and we needed to go elsewhere, pay AGAIN for ANOTHER habcheck . You are either a listed elddis repair clinic or not... You can't cherry pick which jobs suit you AND you SHOULD be upfront and honest with people!!!

Had gas problems during 3 nite stay at beach site. These guys sorted it replacing new regulator and testing the system in less than 30 mins. Lovely people, obviously very busy by the work going on.

Work carried out was to a high standard. The only thing that they could improve is there contact skills never phone back when they say a part from that excellent service.

Excellent service and the work completed on van was done to a high standard so I would certainly use the company again if needed or even for advice .

Did some good work on servicing my motorhome.. was 100 quid more than estimate but hey ho.. Will return

Just had a motor mover fitted to my caravan brilliant price. Also to check for a problem with fridge not working. They diagnosed the problem and quoted the cost. Will use again definitely as service and customer service brill 😊

I had my caravans annual service here this year. The staff are very helpful and efficient, I have no problems recommending them.

After being told by Swift Caravans they wouldn't honour our warranty, even with a known fault, I was forced to look at arranging a repair myself. The service I received form the Caravan Clinic was second to none, absolutely superb repair, replacing the entire back panel and part of the bathroom ceiling the caravan is as good as new. I can sincerely recommend The Caravan Clinic as it's very rarely you get the high level of customer service and standard of work they provide.

Excellent experience! Can’t rate them highly enough, very knowledgable and went above and beyond to help us with our 2008 Indiana at a very reasonable price. We’ll definitely be back for any other work and servicing.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I put van for a repair with a sticking brake. Unfortunately after the repair I found the brake was still sticking 2 days later when I tried to head off for a long weekend. They asked me to bring the van in immediately and said they would stay behind after their "close of day" to investigate the problem again so I could get away for my caravan long weekend away. Excellent customer service.

Bought my motor home from Tyne valley motor homes, had nothing but problems from the start, so I took my motor home to the caravan clinic, I can’t fault them, they were brilliant, sorted all my problems out, I would highly recommend them, amazing service all round, would just like to say a massive Thank You, I can now sleep at night,

Excellent service couldn't be more helpful. Terrible warranty issues with Autotrail and Tyne Valley Motorhomes which we will never entertain again, so pleased that we have found a honest service centre. Top class

Did the service could not fix anything could not even wash it or change tyres that they recommended change urgently due to age ... called to complain no response.. 2 weeks later electric problem and battery not charging not picked up on service .. feel like I was robbed and taken advantage of being new to caravaning .. very disappointed
