Excellent service, the assistant listened to our thoughts, chucked in some words of wisdom, measure feet comprehensively, and let us mess around until the perfect boots were found. Good stock and good price, plus advice on recycling old worn replaced boots. Recommended.

Superb gait analysis by Matty , thanks guys. Tried on 7 pairs of running shoes, ended up with a pair SO much better suited to me than any I've had before. Sometimes a physical shop is absolutely what you need.

Booked a boot fitting appointment and Harry was very helpful in measuring and suggesting the correct type of boot. Tried on a lot of different types and came away happy with my choice.

A very helpful and patient young man helped with a first pair of running trainers. He was a keen runner himself, and took time to assess needs, do a video gait analysis, and recommend some options with regards what would be a suitable shoe. Very happy with the service, and with the shoes purchased.

Came on Saturday just before closing. Phenomenal service trying on different bouldering shoes and finding right size and fit from a really knowledgeable staff member. Didn’t buy on the day but just ordered from cotswold, will definitely come in for my next pair.

Great little store, visited for the running gear, had a great gait analysis and was recommended several different styles and pairs to try. At no point did I feel pressured to buy (although I did, my choice) and the staff were happy to answer my questions and offer opinions, advice and guidance. Will definitely be a repeat visitor!

Visited the store today (Sunday 13th March at 1pm) for some advice on trainers for the half marathon. The male staff member who assisted was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I bought a pair of trainers (Asics) on his professional recommendation based upon the treadmill review. I would highly recommend the store and will come back for another pair at some point. Apologies I didn’t catch your name I hoped it would be on the receipt!
