Received a memorable experience visiting the Blackburn store today. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and served us with a smile :) Having visited a few shops today the staff in schuh (Blackburn) stood out from the rest. Great experience received overall from brilliant staff who showed great communication skills and excellent rapport building skills. It was evident it was no trouble to go above and beyond to ensure customers left with smiles. Very helpful & lots of variety of shoes to choose from

I was so disappointed after visiting the blackburn store yesterday. I called in to buy a pair or Dr Martens and I’ve never been in a shop so unwelcoming. I was the only person in the store except for one other lady who was chatting to the female retail assistant but from the conversation, I’d say it was a friend, not a customer. She didn’t even greet me and the male worker who wasn’t very old just looked at me like I was something he’d scraped off his shoe and walked away! I left the store very annoyed and ordered my boots from a different company. Disgusting excuse for customer service! Will never ever shop here again, I’ve always been a loyal customer but until the staff learn some people skills, I will not be returning, you just lost yourselves a good sale!

Wish I’d have took the ladies name who helped me today but I bought a pair of shoes which ended up having a manufacturing issue, the lady was so helpful and had everything exchanged and sorted within minutes and was so lovely and understanding. From Schuh help on twitter (finding my receipt I’d thrown away) to in store staff I couldn’t thank them enough!

Very helpful and nice staff.

Although not a massive shop the range they offer is good. The staff seem friendly and ready to help and offer any advice you ask of them. Fair pricing and different products offered to suit different budgets. They have an adults and a children's section which is handy if your shopping for the family. Always a sale rack at the door to get those cheeky bargains as well

I went into the Blackburn store and was met with a nice lady called olivia, and i was looking for some work shoes that didnt look like school schools and was comfy as i would be on my feet a lot, she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I ment. Ended up buying some shoes that she recommended, very happy bunny, thanks olivia

Nice selection of shoes lot of air wear and Dr Martens and very helpful staff I'm in a wheelchair and they moved some of the fixtures out of the way so I can get round the store cannot ask for more
