I had my engagement ring remade after being told it wasnt possible to have the size altered to what I needed. The result is stunning, perfect fit and I cannot fault anything, the workmanship is amazing and customer service is second to none. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be going back myself for my wedding rings

Received a very beautiful necklace for Mother’s Day an 18ct gold chain with my children’s initials delicately placed within the chain itself. Absolutely love it, so well made, bespoke piece of jewellery I love and wear everyday. The service was amazing and such a lovely and helpful company to deal with. When I was buying an engagement ring for my (now) fiancee the staff were all extremely helpful, showing me the things you can find on the market, from diamonds and metals to the different types of designs. I eventually chose to try to design a ring myself, and, full credit to Steven, he crafted a truly amazing gift from my rather feeble drawing. Offering his expert opinion when I wanted or needed it, it was a great experience watching as he sculpted my design into something that will be prized forever. Thanks again to the whole team.

Fantastic service, Steve is so talented. Had my engagement ring altered and had new diamond fitted which is stunning. Then Steve redesigned an old wedding ring which had sentimental value- beautiful modern twist on a ring which is 164 years old. Top quality, stunning pieces of jewellery.
