This gorgeous little cafe was recommended by the hotel next door to go to for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and OMG too much choice on the menu for breakfast choices and also loads of sandwich/wrap fillings. The cakes/muffins looked absolutely delicious but thankfully managed to resist buying any. Highly recommend for friendly venue, fantastic food, plenty of choice and all Round place to eat.

After walking for an hour we decided to have breakfast here and made a great choice. A small English breakfast and scrambled eggs and salmon with 2 lovely cups of tea. Definitely give this a try.

What a lovely, warm, and welcoming little place for a coffee & sandwich! Great people, who served us two divine coffees, and two wraps. Loads of filling, served nicely hot. Couldn't be better. After reading all the positive reviews was looking forward to a nice brekky and coffee, for £6.50 for a small english breakfast & coffee i wasn't expecting anything amazing but the bacon, sausage and black pudding were all hard and tough as if they had been reheated after sitting there for a few hours! Beans and egg were good lol. Staff were nice and friendly but i wont be going back!

Just had a great The Forty Six breakfast. Very tasty, great sausage and very good coffee. Well worth the £4.95.
