It was An Amazing experience at neighbourhood bakehouse. I ordered fried eggs and tea, I really liked how did they make the fried eggs. They have different kinds of breads and cakes for anyone who would visit Chester should come and see how beautiful this place is.

Enjoyed weekend Brunch here, food was really nice and a good selection of breakfast items. The interior is beautiful 😍

Excellent cafe. The layout and decor inside is beautiful. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The food and drinks came out quickly and were very well presented and absolutely delicious!! The whole place including toilets were clean and we were able to get some desserts from the cafe to take away for later. This place is an absolute must, we already want to go back to try more. Only negative was we had to go up to a stand to order and felt for the price and style of place it should have been table service and should have paid after we ate.

Very tasty food, really nice indoor seating, great decor. A perfect place for quick bite especially for any tourists visiting the area. I had the French toast and it came out perfect. I couldn't fault it.

Great place, very clean, cosy and spacious with a lovely atmosphere. The menu had a great variety and the food was delicious. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.

We were visiting Chester and searching for a place to eat when we found this gem of a place. We didn't even look at the menu, it looked so lovely inside we decided to give it a try and we're not disappointed. We ordered off their tapas menu which was amazing. The food was fresh and flavoursome with many different options, the portions were great and to top it off the staff were lovely. Definitely one to visit day or night!

Highly recommend this restaurant. Value for money, great vibe and gorgeous decor. The staffs were kind and helpful. We ordered brunch for two offer, any two in the brunch menu including orange juice. The food were delicious, especially the Egg Royale, the poached eggs was juicy and rich. I must vibist again if I travel to Chester.

First time visiting today. What a lovely place. Friendly staff, fantastic atmosphere. My Husband had a beautiful Egg Florentine. I had the vegan breakfast. Sorry guys but please get rid of the vegan sausage. They were pretty awful and not needed. Please be a bit more creative for the vegan breakfast. Also change the soya milk split in the coffee. This will not put me off visiting again. 😊

What a wonderful place! 🎄Visited today for daughters birthday lunch whilst in Chester. Food was just so delicious we had the Bar Humbug special, such a delight washed down with mulled wine ! Service here is absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back.

What a lovely time we had at neighbourhood bakehouse for my birthday celebrations. Thad heard good things about the restaurant so decided to make a booking for my birthday. We were not disappointed. I was joined by 8 friends and the whole experience - from the booking to dining was faultless. The food was excellent as well as the service we received that night. We particularly enjoyed the cocktails. The venue itself had a lovely vibe and made the whole experience fabulous. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Catherine and team for a lovely time.

After a long drive to pick up daughters stuff from Uni we needed coffee and breakfast, Neighbourhood definitely filled the hole, we had the full breakfast and it was well cook and very filling, did not need to eat until the evening. Great staff and nice location to eat in. We also went back for afternoon takeout cakes and they are great as well.

Lovely food, from a great menu. The avocado on sourdough was lovely, had extra bacon and hallumi both of which were cooked to perfection. Busy cafe, the cakes look amazing( but we didn't have one on this occasion) decaf coffee was really flavoursome. Have been here previously on a night out for drinks and it has a good atmosphere then too. They advertise short courses( languages, xmas wreath making etc). Great venue, great service. Reasonably priced. Will definately go back again. Visited again 2 days later and had brunch, excellent food, great atmosphere, friendly attentive staff. Further visit mid November 22, still excellent service, food is just so tasty and the welcome warm and friendly. The cake choices look amazing, haven't tried any yet as always so full after the main. Still recommend 100%.

We happened upon this wonderful place whilst in Chester. The presentation on food and restaurant were amazing. Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about the food. The food was fresh, seasonal and gorgeous. Fantastic value for money and will be making a regular place to go from now on. Well done all, a fantastic experience!

We loved our first experience at Neighbourhood last week. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We stayed in for lunch, having a delicious wrap and my partner had the fish finger sandwich which he said was amazing. The coffee is fab and we couldn't resist taking a couple of cakes home. The chocolate orange brownie is the best I've ever bought from a bakery - amazing! We will definitely be back.

Stopped by just for a drink and a snack. The staff are absolutely lovely and did everything they could to make the experience pleasant. They also have dog water bowls out front to encourage dog owners to sit on the pavement seating. Prices for food seemed reasonable and it looked lovely (although we didn’t eat properly). The banana bread from the bakery next door was delicious and warm. We had a sangria jug which we didn’t find on the menu but staff were more than happy to whip up. All super convenient card payment and service with a smile and genuine warmth. Can’t wait to come back, and very intrigued by the advertisements for Spanish lessons and book club on offer!

This is perhaps one of the best brunch/artisan coffee shops I’ve ever been to. The food is exceptional, and all the cakes are not only to die for- they are genuinely home made in the baking area towards the back of the shop. Coming in here is like coming into a Parisian patisserie. As an independent little coffee shop it is a hidden gem and puts all the chains out there to shame for the quality and price. As for the coffee- the mocha is quite simply the BEST!! I don’t even live in Chester but I travel from Manchester once a week to treat myself to brunch here !!
