Whilst a clean tidy place with ample parking it must be said that it’s lacking the pulling power it once had. With a few using a units now vacant, with the old Sports Direct outlet being one of them, it’s not the powerhouse of retail it once was. I’m hoping they will be able to attract some new businesses along, something different to the B&M and The Range type shops, which will once again draw the crowds in.

Gets busy. Road system could be better, but always somewhere to park, and some good shops,

Chester Retail Park provides a mix of high street and big box stores in an outdoor setting. Shoppers can find major retailers and eateries here, though the atmosphere is a bit sterile and corporate. It's a convenient one-stop shopping destination but lacks local charm or character.

Chester Retail park not on a par with Cheshire oaks but there is probably a shop for most things you need and several food outlets including Macdonald's. There are plenty of parking in front but if there is none you can just park in the other car parks there. MacDonald has toilets with baby changing facilities

Lots of parking but can be limited at busy times. Fair choice of shops with a few fast food outlets. Not my favourite shopping area, but good if you want to visit the range, tkmax, hobby craft, the food store, b&m, with dunelm, argos and gregs just round the corner.

Great retail park area with 2 retail parks next to each other. Chester and Greyhound. Lot's of parking spaces to.

Plenty of free parking. It can be a long wait to get out of the park at busy times. Good variety of shops and plenty of places to eat.

It's good if you need a supermarket, pet supplies, household goods, or a fast food burger. Right now there's no cinema, bowling ally, swimming baths, or any other form of entertainment. They shut down years ago. I hear there may be a new cinema in 2024, but it's rumour.

Lots of shops with excellent variety. The parking is also very convenient and it is free as well.

Plenty of shops to everyone's needs. Lots of parking but the road to go out off the park is badly planned. I wouldn't recommend parking near the front carpark by Dunelm ( unless you're pushy or want to wait ages)

Really Gutted now they've reduced the parking from Free all day to max 3 hours, Christmas around the corner as well businesses struggling who's bright idea was that

Whoever designed this car 🚗 park. Should be made to use it every day. Stuck on it for ages. Had to throw a six to get off. Dismal.

It's nice to have these shops on my doorstep but don't bother going by car on the weekends. You'll be queing for ages to get in and out of the car parks. Why people have to drive 200m from one shop to another, instead of just park up and walk to and from their car from each shop, is beyond me.

Easy parking. Plenty of supermarkets and D I Y and car spares units. Loads of new car showrooms and 2nd hand showrooms too ! Coffee shops and fast food. Avoid peak , traffic can be horrendous!

  • 5/5 Val I. 5 months ago on Google
Absolutely every shop you need on this retail park. Plenty of parking space. The only drawback is the 20 mph in Wales. It takes an age to get there!

  • 4/5 Chris N. 4 months ago on Google
Since it first opened there's been so many changes here but it really does offer a wide variety of shops selling everything from food shopping to art supplies. A range of places to get a coffee or a bite to eat too

It's a retail park so nothing special, traffic can be a pain, especially on Chester race days, but never had a problem parking.

  • 5/5 Derek B. 1 year ago on Google
Free parking, excellent variety of retail outlets and supermarkets all nearby. Also just a mile from Chester city centre and even closer to the river Dee so makes an ideal base for a walk or bike ride (after the shopping).

Shopping and restaurants. Tim Horton & McDonald's. Walking distance to some car showrooms and other restaurants. 20 mins walk to main city centre. Need EV chargers. Sometimes get very crowded. Parking area restrictions apply so check if parking for longer duration.

It can be a great shopping experience but also terrible. B&M and the Range are great shops, TK Max is like a massive jumble sale. Hobby Craft I always get more than I need. Since they opened Tim Hortons the foods for better and Mc Donalds is very tired and loud

Brilliant, lots of parking and not crowded, choice of stores is varied, good chance you will fimd what you need.

  • 4/5 Jammy C. 1 year ago on Google
A number of shops to walk around for homeware, sportswear, hobbys and household items. Tim Hortons and a McDs. Plenty of free parking.

Can be a bit of a nightmare around the back with McDonald’s queues affecting the roads, but other wise, great shops and food options.

  • 3/5 Kayden W. 1 year ago on Google
Theres everything you could need, some shops sell things for a low price but the quality is dropped, some for a higher price with higher quality. Unfortunately there is a busy road going through the two halves with only one crossing. If you manage to make it to the other side of the road, you can enjoy a coffee at costa or a burger at maccies.

Wonderful retail park with real life shops, people, cars, parking, zebra crossings and places to eat. Literally all the ingredients for a top notch retail park. I was tempted to deduct points for the road layout approaching from the north, but upon deep reflection I've come to the conclusion that you were geographically and topographically limited. Much as I was when building a patio and sky bar in my back garden - since I only have enough space for a washing line and a guinea pig enclosure, my patio is just a couple slabs while the sky bar is half a sleeper with a cup holder, the experience is there to be had - which is why I've kept this review at 5 stars.

Great selection of shops out of town with plenty of easy parking. Usual fast food outlets like McDonald's and others.

  • 3/5 David B. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of different businesses here, some new, some not so new. There's a reasonably sized Asda, stores selling clothing, shoes, sportswear and equipment, even leisure activities and food outlets. It's in three sections, so you'll need a car, but parking is free and rarely a problem. Going with a plan, or at least a shopping list, is a good idea.

  • 4/5 Andrew P. 1 year ago on Google
It's a great place where lots of huge shops are. Unfortunately you really need a car really to enjoy it all.

  • 5/5 lee w. 1 year ago on Google
Great little retail park, McDonalds and Tim Houghtons fast food, The Range, Sports Direct, Iceland, TKMax, Hobbycraft, Poundland and B&M Home, plus a 'locally sourced' general store.

  • 4/5 Peter P. 1 year ago on Google
Good selection of shops. Good access with plenty of parking. Lots of food halls should you require refreshments. Would certainly recommend.

  • 4/5 andrew j. 1 year ago on Google
Good range of shopping plenty of easy to access car parking. All the usual chains though nothing interesting or unique but does the job well.

Can be really busy - your main stores available from Argos to Lidl and many others - worth a visit

  • 3/5 Mike W. 1 year ago on Google
Good range of shops and places to grab a bite to eat/drink. Not a pleasurable shopping experience though - the exterior of the shops is in desperate need of a face-lift. Place is looking very tired and dated.

  • 3/5 Glyn C. 1 year ago on Google
The whole place is looking a bit tired these days but plenty of parking and some good stores.
