My treatment is going on from Indra ivf Patel Nagar delhi. My registration number is 20210923DEL0000061 . I visited with great hope at the center . My friend recommended highly about Indra ivf. but when my treatment was started , I realised that the center is doing big scam . I have been advised to take 2 cycle package of ivf which was at discounted 2.5 lac where 1 cycle cost 1.70 lac . Thereafter center is processed only one cycle and freezed 4 embro . And they trf 4 embryos in 2 times .both transfer is unfortunately not succeed . After that they tell me your package is run out . The center is not explaining difference between 1 cycle or transfer of embryos of all on first visit.because freezing charge is lesser than full ivf process . There are a lots of people who was cheated by the center . After run out my package they offer me to take new package with extra discount.this type of attitude not good for such a big group . I will definitely neither go with new package nor advised to any one to go there .

Never recommended. They always talk about money. Always force to deposit 6000 first for test.

Worst experience.. With Doctor Arvind Vetya & his Team We lost our baby and mother in this weird IvF center at patel nagar .. There is no sr. Doctor.. Junior staff taking precautions on call with sr. Doctors. Doctors were arrived there when we lost our both precious life .. This happened only just because of Doctor's lienecy.. They are not serious about patients life ..

It's a good experience with indera IVF Patel nagar centre. Thanks to Dr arvind vaid, Dr Monika ,and Aasha ji..I have blessed with a baby boy after 7 year of my marriage.and I have concive my baby is first attempt.

I have no words to thank Dr Arvind Vaid at Indira IVF Patel Nagar as he has gifted me motherhood. I am blessed with twins - a boy and a girl 2 months back. The doctors are good but the center is extremely un-hygenic. The Complete situation based on visit is as below :- You look from outside the building will be high class center as published but when you enter its extremely disappointing. Ground floor is waiting area which is smelly and you would feel as if its a government hospital waiting area which should be free. 1st Floor is the reception which is on the immediate right . The whole floor looks shady inside as walls are neither painted and lights are dim. You will after providing you ID proof will be guided to a doctor who may make you feel that alteast you have met basic of doctor and may apart from infrastructure can trust them. We believing the doctor paid the initial 10K which they offered to adjust from package which is supposed to be limited offer and not less but around 2 lacs. When we were asked to take the testing after payment , thats when we realised how bad the state of affairs are. On the right after the ultrasound room there is a toilet which is stinking . It is disappointing as women fertility center has basic amenity of toilet unclean and whole floor is stinking. The water drinking area is next to toilet outside the door and garbage can is filled with flies to water tank. There are no water glasses and you would be anycase dead with the stink of toilet if you intend to have water there. There is a lady managing the floor who will run on the floor screaming for reports as if its a fish market and has no control on voice pitch with their own staff. On complaining about toilets and hygiene she look at us and stated that there is one lady sweeper taking care of floor and must be around and started screeming from room as usual on her staff which nobody cared for. Each and every step is chargeable and complete estimate can never be given and seems to be based on your desperation on having a child as they can put a charge on any situation. The extra are medicine which will never be disclosed but estimated around 30 K per month. Dr Vaid was in surgery in Cloud Nine hospital hence was not able to meet him to give feedback but a sorry state of INDIRA IVF South patel Nagar which was highly rated on google. Doc might be good but if you are considering to spend 2lac and can compromise on hygiene then INDRA IVF may turn out okay. Even the parking is paid inside the buidling which is available on south patel nagar road free outside . The slip provided is not certified by NDMC but collected by security and is torn as soon as you pay him. The slip itself will tell you the situation of how they are managing their affairs as NDMC inspection will make it justified as even ganga ram hospital has a better parking management & pays taxes for it . Final verdict is its just a testing lab and dont expect it to be hospital like apollo cradle or cloud nine which is better managed.

Indira Ivf has one of the best and advanced tools and techniques for pregnancy procedure. They work on every shortcomings right from beginning to make the women conceive safely. Quality, health and safety of both mother and babies are checked thoroughly. I got my twins delivered by Dr. Simmi. She has been really supportive throughout the whole procedure. She is just fab. She is energetic, devoted, sincere, experienced, soft hearted, caring and the light of Indira. Mam you are the proxy of HOD. Thank you so much mam for always being there for me and for your unbreakable support. Big big thanks to the face of Indira, Patel Nagar, New Delhi the specialist and the guru of IVF, Mr. Arvind Vaid. Without meeting him and consulting him, it seems something is missing. He is very big hope. Though he is the busiest man of whole center, but still try to give time to everyone. As we all know it is costly affair and it pinched a lot to me, but at the same time you are getting infrastructure and technology along with multiple experts under one roof. There is margin to reduce medicine cost, that I will urge to management to think about it. Staff members need to be trained, to be happy, smiling, helpful and not to work under influence of their mood. Staff/Assistant/ Jr Doctor in General Ward is really good. The soul of Indira IVF, Patel Nagar are Doctors. They are richly experienced and I will recommend Indira IVF with 5 stars.
