It was a decent cafe with good food. Frappes were tasty .. cappuccinos were okay (not as good). Food was awesome ( we only had vegetarian) - tried (Sicilian pizza, Spinach Mushroom Lasagna, French fries and garlic bread) On weekends always expect a waiting time of 25-30 mins. P.S - food was very filling. My ratings: Food : 4/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Service: 4/5 Would surly recommend it forward..!

Extensive menu, welcoming staff, and generous portions. Although the pace felt a bit hurried, our overall dining experience was delightful, savoring every bite. Don't miss out on the delicious Mississippi mud pie.

Nothing but love for this place!! Whatever I have tried so far, has been truly amazing. The ambience is cool and staff is extremely polite. They always help you decide your order and explain politely if you're trying to experiment. I ordered a veg pizza (caramelized onions were too good!), Spinach and mushroom lasagna was one of the best I've had - so light and creamy, and Irish coffee was SO good!! It's going to be a regular from now on. Big Chill can never go wrong! I wish they would expand further in NCR :D

It's undoubtedly ATF place. Each dish served is flawless and just perfect. And if there is one they make sure to replace it with a fresh one and just the way you like it have it. Their aim for sure is a happy customer walking out. Am a vegetarian.. and have fixed choices each time I go and I order. I usually order dish no. 124. I really wish they add on something new to the menu in the grills and platters for the vegetarians. Am tired of eating aubergines.. but I so love it, I shall go and order it again. Yet would be nice if they have more options for the vegetarians in that section. And who walks out of this place without having a dessert. Atleast not me.. banoffie pie or blueberry cheesecake is must.. its just so yummm.. do try out this place incase you haven't.

Big Chill has built a long standing reputation for consistently delivering high-quality dishes to its patrons. The food is rich and creamy but extremely delicious. The vibe of the place is unique with it's vintage American move posters and it continues to attract a diverse audience that keeps coming back for more. It's a must-visit if you're in Delhi!

Love the way it was decorated... beautiful, so cozy, warm and i just I loved it. Food was delicious, we have ordered fish and chips ... perfectly cooked and crisp as the way it should be. Chicken breast in Schezwan sauce was the star dish..very tender, delicious served with amazingly tasty mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. Pizza was just fine though but pizza is cheese lovers paradise for sure.

My first real and best meal in New Delhi during my 'almost one month' stay. The staff who booked us in was very professional and we got a good table. The food was very delicious but I could eat so little after my surgery. The food was tastefully done. The supervisor checked in to get feedback on the food. I liked the ambiance, it was cool, clean, spaced and the theme was American with great posters taking you down memory lane of the 60s and 70s. The big chill cafe is highly recommended

I tried Big Chill for the first time last night. The food was good. I loved their Banoffee Pie. I tried blueberry cheesecake as well but it was not that great. My cousin wanted to have Peach Tea Lemonade but the server told us that’s discontinued. I hope that you guys bring that back to your menu.

The Big Chill Cafe at the promenade mall Delhi offers a lot of food choices for vegetarians and non vegetarians. It’s a good place to visit with friends or family. It does get noisy at times though.

The place is nice, it’s spacious, but our experience with the food wasn’t that great! We ordered Lamb Chop Chirimuri which tasted really bland and Chicken Pizza Roll which was not really very spicy. If you’re into spicy and tangy flavors, please order pasta, probably.

I love everything about this place. The food, the ambience, the vibe. I especially love their cream and parmesan veg ravioli and mushroom risotto. Also the Beiruti salad is amazing and very refreshing. Their Piri piri veg pizza is good and if you like spicy food then ask them to make it extra spicy with regular base. Also their baked potatoes with sour cream is awesome! Tomato basil gnocchi is a must try dish. Also, their home fries are amazing. They're so fresh and crispy from the outside and nice and soft inside. If you live french fries then so try theirs.

The Big Chill Cafe is one of those places you hear about through word of mouth. I heard some rave reviews about their Italian cuisine, so it was a no-brainer. The restaurant has that old American vibe where you enjoy your food with good music. Anyways, I ordered Piri Piri veg pizza and smoked chicken lasagna. From the drink section, I ordered a Banana Blueberry smoothie and an Italian smooch. The food was incredible, especially the lasagna. The portion of the dish was enough. It's a must-visit place for every foodie

Big Chill is an old favourite - have literally grown up along with the cafe. The food, service and atmosphere are just great. Although, all old patrons would agree that the taste of the food and the warmth in the staff has changed. I hope this changes and Big Chill regains it's old charm feel and flavour. But Would definitely recommend to everyone

This particular outlet of Big Chill Cafe is not well managed. The coffee machine was unserviceable. The waiting time is over 2 hours. The lady at reservation desk had no estimate of waiting time. She started but giving us estimate of 20 minutes which eventually led to 2 hours long wait time. Guest service is not alert and you have to call the guys multiple times before even water is served. Yes, but they are definitely prompt to charge you extra for any modifications or any additions. Not worth the while since now we can get the same food delivered home.

The food was impaccable, specially the Ravioli & Risotto. I tried their pasta earlier as well and would say that, it was delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the juice & the lemon blueberry icecream. They were not up to the mark. I will give a benefit of doubt to the icecream, as my wife liked it. One more concern was the AC, as it was not functioning properly. So overall, it was a great dinner with nice ambience. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Thanks.

Okish taste of food, didn't feel appealing in there. Ordered ravioli, pizza, coffee, cheese cake, hotdog everything was average, except New York Cheese Cake

Mixed Berry trifle was delicious but little soggy. Squidgy chocolate mousse cake was really good. But Big Chill does not make good coffee.

By far the best Italian in town! Pizzas, pasta, ravioli, risotto... everything is just great! Garloc bread is a must as the side dish! Ambience is also pretty good. Desserts are a tad overpriced but somewhat worth it when you taste it! Remains always crowded. Went on a monday afternoon and it was full. If you go on a weekend, expect to wait atleast for half an hour or more! But overall, it'll Always remain my go to place for good Italian food.

One of the lovable and busiest cafe in Delhi. With Retro Hollywood movies poster the ambience is class as well as the food and there shakes are thickest. From pastas to main course grilled cuisine they have everything to offer ur tummy... must visit

Always a delight to eat here. Food is the best mix of actual Italian and Indian Italian. Taste is on point, portion is satisfying and pocket friendly too. One meal here and you’re set for the day. Mostly there’s a queue to get in so reservation is recommended.

The best food cafe in town. Prices are reasonable ranging around 300-400/ person. The quantity of the food is sufficient and the taste is praise worthy. The ambience is pleasant and the service is super quick. All in all best dine in place. Pasta and Pizzas are must try. Though i had baked potatoes and they are really good.

Great ambience. Very good service and very tasty food. The penne vodka pasta was too good. Garlic bread was also upto the mark. The only thing which we didn’t like was the hot chocolate. There are other places which serve better hot chocolate. Overall a fantastic experience. Will keep visiting.
