The ambience was good. The staff very attentive and helpful. Above all the Pizzas were excellent. Will go again.

Not happy with the order. Order delayed more than 30mins and said reason that Pizza was over baked. One person got the order and someone else served it. Place/hut is awesome. One of the best Pizza hut. Live music was there. It is capable of manage friends or couples or family or group of people more than 10 with its table & chair setup.

So we ordered some pizza and the pizza was squashed. We have no method of returning it, and frankly, i cant see how we could eat this either. The toppings were spread unevenly, but that happens in most pizzas. However, i find it entirely unacceptable that a few chosen slices had enough toppings for almost 2 pizzas, and the rest had none. I might add that the pizza looks like a 3 year olds attempt at a Jackson Pollock painting? How are you going to look me in the eyes and tell someone to eat that? And pay for it? Also, it seems futile to try and complain through the app or by calling because it taked forever for anyone to answer. While calling, i waited 5 minutes being kept on hold only to be answered and immediately cut off without a word.

Ordered through pickle food from pizza hut dehiwala. Worst experience. Garlic bread is not at all crispy Ordered hot and spicy pizza but they've sent devilled chicken pizza which is lessor in price

Specious dining area, big parking lot, clean and very good service. Staff was very friendly too. This is the way to keep customers satisfied! Kudos to the team.

The Food is really good and enjoyable. When crowded the service time is quite slow they need to have more staff, reason for the one less star. One of the best places for good pizza and quite a good option for hanging out with friends or even a date. They also have a service charge(aprox upto 300) which is incurred for dine in just a heads up if your calculating ur budget🙂

I went to pizza hut around 3p.m and it wasn't that much crowded. The waiter took a while to come and get the order I want. I just took a small pan pizza and a coke . The pizza was hot and fresh and there was enough of cheese in it. But the waiter didn't hand me any tissues and also didn't give me any extra sauce to put as well .. I had to ask him to give me some tissues plus the sauce which they normally give before the food arrives. Other than that . I enjoyed the meal.

It's been some time since I last visited this place. Service is Great. The quality and eating pizza is the same as any Pizza hut. Its 10.00pm and the wash room is very clean. Previous Review(4 Star) For a random Pizza this is a good place. For treat this is a good place.

So today I ordered 2 medium sized pizza from the Dehiwala branch, And I was utterly disappointed to find out the portion would compare to that of an extremely small sized pizza.I am a regular loyal customer of Pizza hut. But this was my worst experience with them for all these years. These portions compare nothing to what I had eaten abroad. I am aware of the current crisis in the country, But you have to serve us what we paid for!

I go here all the time. Good food and spacious enough anytime you go. Staff are friendly and enough parking spaces.

I went today with my 3 friends and oder 4 Breeza and they give me one breeza after 20 minutes and another one 25 minutes another two after 40 minutes. Last two breeza cant eat because not full bake. I really unsatisfied they services and never come again. Again and again 100% unsatisfied

The new dish melts were very good tasty and cheesy and the service of this outlet was very good.

The food and the atmosphere were amazing. They try to make the Pizza Hut experience more unique than the other branches. However, to me, the waiting time was longer compared to other branches. Of course, the staff was courteous. However, overall, I was a little bit dissatisfied with the service provided.

Pizza hut got the best pizza in Sri Lanka... But with current situation.. Using one layer on Mozzarella and Cream cheese each.... Tasted better with 2 layers of Mozzarella only.... Buts they are good....

Im utterly disappointed with the food we ordered today.spending so much to have the worse possible food is a waste of money. I understand the prices have been increased and the quality of food has gone for a six. The cheesy garlic bread that was for 740 including onions which I ordered had no onions, wasn't cheesy and was just a dry bread, the quality of pizza made me wanna throw up. It looks and tastes terrible. And the lasagna wasn't fresh, wasn't yummy, someone probably added water to make the consistency look good and pretty sure Gordon Ramsey would've thrown it at the waitress. We need our money back.

Worst customer service ever, stayed for more than 45 minutes, all the customers who came after us received the order but not us, when i spoke to the the manager he slowly came up saying sorry for the mistake, left the place without even having our order, totally disappointed. Paying so much and receiving cheap service.

Pizzas all taste the same.. and that taste is not so great. The service staff are not very polite. I'd go any of the other pizza joints around town rather than waste money on this over prices bread with toping

Good atmosphere, a calm place within the busy townlimits of Dehiwala, Adequate customer service. Not much of parking space for vehicles. Overall good place to have a pizza in air condition atmosphere.

Guys please do environmental friendly marketing! Already we have lot of Garbage at home and still struggling to do proper garbage management, meanwhile you guys also throwing these kind of Paper waste to our home without our concern!! If you are gonna to continue these type of activities further, it will lead to take legal actions.

Ambience is pretty good and the staff is also very friendly and helpful. The vibe inside is also really attractive. On the time we were visiting.. there was a meeting like thing within the staff. But our orders didn't get late and it's highly appreciated. Can recommend to anyone who is having a pizza craving when around Wellawatta and Dehiwala.

Pizzas are generally good. They keep on introducing new ranges and are innovative. Service can be lacking when the restaurant is crowded.

One of the common options you have if you're looking for a pizza in your city. They have a very good set of Pizzas not the most delicious pizzas I have tried but still you can have a pizza which has a decent taste from this place.

Dehiwala pizza hut has been there for so long that people use that as a landmark to describe places. There pizza is really good and the restaurant is also very nice since they renovated it recently. Some pizza huts reduce their quality of the pizza when it's an offer like buy 1 get 1 free. But here I've always got good quality pizza. There is a car park so you don't have to worry of car parking. There was a children's play area although I'm not really sure it's still there. It's a clean nice restaurant where you can even have your own functions with their party offers.

Best in srilanka Double chicken cheese is the best

I would rate 5 stars but the Coca-Cola they served tasted like chlorine, maybe it was the ice cubes. But the staff was really helpful and friendly.

It's Pizza Hut, you know what to expect food wise. Everything is to standard, no unpleasant surprises. The local topping variations are quite inventive and delicious! Fresh juices were splendid, and totally worth the bit of extra money. Clean, and spacious dining room. Staff are attentive and prompt. There's limited free parking at the back.

Excellent pizza. Unlike other pizza hut locations. The food was delivered quickly too. However they seem to be shortage of waiting staff. 2 guys had to handle the entire restaurant one afternoon

Your staff must learn how to talk to customers. Remember your customers are not beggers. And please take the order first from whome comes first. And also if you don't open at 11 a.m, then please don't mention it. Shame on your unpolite staff.

Ordered pizza online recently. One pizza was not cooked enough and very bland in taste. Grossly ignored the special note of preparation left with the order.

So crowded. Service and cleanliness is so bad. Waiter even moved the dish without asking in no second while my daughter was talking to his guest left. The big platter was good for the high price.
