Ordered some foods through ubereats, but nelum flower crew delivered half of the order. Unprofessional staff. The contact number mentioned in the shop didn't work at all...

They delivered wrong food from what I ordered. Didnt even bother to help me to send a alternative. Stay away from this restaurant.

Have ordered at least 5 times before through Uber and loved the food. Today it was disgusting!! Half the dishes were missing. No lunu Miris for the pittu. Paid extra for a chicken curry and look at the color of it!!! Jet black. Tasted like acid. Never again!!!

I've had issues with one of the orders I put in here. Please don't accept an order and cancel after a long time. Besides that I feel some of their dishes are overpriced. Taste wise I think they make some incredibly tasty spicy dishes and its consistent mostly. But can't get value for money all the time. For example, the Kiribath costs 800 and the fish piece that you get is small. For that price if they can give a better portion, then I think it'll be somewhat justifiable. Update: their manioc is no longer spicy and not as good as it used to be

Ordered food on Christmas day and the food was disgusting. For a packet of rice valued over 1000 Rs, the quality of the food was not even suitable to be used as animal feed. They use pictures that are in no way a representation of the food you actually receive. The phone was not answered even after trying for an hour although they are bound to answer as a service hosted via apps like uber eats and pick me food. Please save your money and a possible trip to the hospital by avoiding this place.

Did a repeat order of rice and curry via Uber eats as it tasted really good the first time. Unfortunately this time around I found a dead fly in the food. Showed the lack of proper hygiene controls.

Nelum Kole is a delightful local restaurant that I have visited several times. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented. During my most recent visit, I enjoyed a perfectly cooked rice and curry. The portions are generous and priced reasonably. The ambiance is casual yet upscale, with warm lighting, tasteful decor. There is ample parking right next to the restaurant, making it convenient for diners. Overall, Nelum Kole is a consistent choice for delicious, high-quality food in a comfortable setting. I will definitely be back again soon.

Unfortunately had a really bad experience on 21st March. My husband n I both contracted a severe case of food-poisioning after consuming dinner at this place. We bought a Butter Paneer, Chicken and Beef Korma with Paratha. It was definitely quite tasty at the time, but immediately after dinner - We both fell very ill and are still taking medicine. Hence be cautious. Might work out for stronger stomachs.

Ordered an additional srilankan omelette. But couldn’t find any omelette in the lunch. Food quality below average. Although they advertise the lunch pack in a nelum kole that was also missing. Dont even think of buying from this place.

Food is taste but if you order Chicken Rice and Curry you will find chicken is not cooked properly. I had that experience several times recently

UBER Idli is like rubber. That is NOT idli. Who do they think they are feeding. Dogs????????!!! Their wade is hard. Their mung kiribath has a funny smell and is tasteless. My dogs get better quality food. Their pol sambol one needs a magnifying glass to look for it. THEIR STANDARDS ARE TERRIBLE. WORST FOOD EVER. UBER SHOULD REMOVE THEM.
