#redbaloon thought a clean place where we can have hygienic foods. #Flies on a Fried rice found while enjoying their foods. Waiter offered a replacement rice by explaining this was due to fan located in the kitchen above wok. We use to come often for this place as the rice was delicious, but the Red Balloon should really think about their reputation.

I ordered sea food chop suey fried rice. All the sea food is over cooked. The tase is not good at all. Price was 1480 and the quantity is enough for 2 people. The problem with the rice is not using good sea food. I have tried their other items and that was okay with me. This time they ruined our dinner.

I ordered from here one it was great but another time I ordered again.The delivery driver doesn’t have any manners.I ask him some questions about the restaurant.He responded to that in a very rude way.By the way the rice didn’t taste very well like last time .It was dry and the mushroom had too much salt and the sauce was bland. I hope they fix there food and the customer service😕

Today I ordered food and it was nasty. fried rice was dry. I think they have used precious day rice. I don't know what to call that mushroom. I paid almost 3200 and not satisfied at all. Do not go red balloon piliyandala. Management if you ok taking money please make sure u for quality and tasty food. And hire right chef not cooks.

Ordered a Singapore Fried Noodles Yesterday. Was undercooked, Less salt, Less chicken and Prawns and the delivery was also late. Had a good feeling about the Piliyandala outlet until yesterday. Really Bad experience.

We went to Redballon Restaurent Yesterday Night. (2022/11/01). Many people visit there for take aways. But we went for dine in. There was only us in the dinning area. But very crowded neat the cashier area for take away orders. Can give 5 stars for the customer services. (They charge 10% from the total bill for service charge. ) We ordered a Basmati Chicken Fried rice for two of us. It was Rs. 710/= It was well enough for both of us. Can Reccomend for anyone. Parking and Washroom facilities are available.

We thought food might be delicious, but it's quite the opposite. Ordered Mix fried rice and Seafood noodles. Both of them portion size and everything ok, but the taste, it's so bad. It's like, meat and rice all boiled together and served right away. No taste. Not recommending for anyone.

Though their food is delicious their service is really poor. I order twice vegetarian noodles without eggs ( I mentioned them clearly not to add eggs) but both times they sent it with eggs. We had to wait more than two hours to get an eggless vegetarian noodles to be delivered to home after calling more then thrice. It delivered after 10pm which we have order at 6.50pm. Check your oder before they leave. Very disappointed.

We chose this place for my daughter's birthday celebration and the staff did their best. The food is very delicious. Prices are relatively reasonable Recommended

Called and inquired two times about the food and they gave information I needed. The ordered a chop suey rice via call and they have mistakenly prepared a noodles and the fixed it right away!! Food is absolutely tasty!

I got delivered a wrong order and I have to wait more than 2 hours to get the correct order. I used to order frequently from this place but this is not the first time they delivered a wrong oder. Never gonna oder from here anymore.

Really disappointed about the service. I order eggless vegetarian noodles and they sent it with eggs. I waited more than 2 hours to get a vegetarian noodles but still I didn't receive yet. This is not the first time they sent the order wrongly. Check your food before pay them. After they got money they don't care about their customers.

Their food is quality and fresh. Also if you meed vegiterian food they are pleased to arrange it for you. I bought vegiterian fried rice which is very tasty. But the curries are not enough for the rice. Any way reasonable prices.

Red Ballon is one of the best restaurant in Piliyandala area. It’s a family restaurant and we can dine, take away and they have delivery options for a reasonable fee. Delicious food for a good price.
