Cargills food city in Kawdana road. I think they opened around 7.00 am. I used to shop in that time. Because in that time only few people in there. It’s really easy to shop freely in that time. Staffs are good but some times no one available to measure the weight in the vegetable and fruits area. They have to improve in that matter. All the essentials we can get from there. vegetables are in best quality compare to other super markets. Calm and clean place. Highly Recommended.

The girl in the cashier of the branch on your dehiwala kaudana road does not know how to treat a customer. The other cashier also same . This is what happened today.very dissapointed

Terrible customer care... actually they are in a don’t care mode. Just one counter and a long queue and yet the other person attends to other things. They seem to be busy with stacking but that too is not organized. So much to improve compared to other leading supermarkets

Through my experiences, Cargills has the worst produce and customer service. Although there's 4 cashiers. Only one operates, the staff keep walking about whilst there's a long queue at the one open cashier. Improper management, they took about 5 minutes to find a stapler. In comparison to a Keels, it's night and day. I'm really disappointed. I've never been to a worse supermarket.

Stopped buying from cargills after their staff brutally assaulted a female customer.

Standard Cargills outlet like all other places. Most food items available. Double check on the freshness of fruits and vegetables before you buy. Staff can be more friendly. Parking available, does look like might get haphazard during busy times.

Best food city in dehiwala-mount lavania the vegtables are fresh they always have full stock and the customer service is perfect.

Food city is the very best for purchasing goods. It's like a home minister. Here also we can purchase so many things what we need very good and nice place we love it too.

Easily can measure the training standard of the management. The cashier girls plays a manager role like 'Kemathinam ganing nethnam palayang' theme concept. Large space, but not properly stocked. Under staffed. But much better than Attidiya in terms of attitude. Attidiya Food city is more like a grocery shop. They have to be reminded about the loyalty card.

Wow, This outlet has moved so fast from being a just another outlet to something very significant. I see very friendly staff and a sick security 😂. Well that's how life is. Nothing is a bed of roses. Got a few responsible Managers here, very attentive and willing to adopt and evolve to the customer expectation. Well all the glitter is no gold and same goes here, as you may experience a handful of stubborn staff who refuse to sell fish 5 minutes before 10pm and too busy stacking them back in the freezer. Yet one of the best outlets Cargills can boast of.

Not a large scale Cargill's Food City but probably the best Supermarket in Kawdana Road.
