Tried their melts for the first time. Liked the Double chicken with cheezy kochchi one. Highly suggest the cheese sauce with that. Not something i would go for again but it was delicious. Their service is immaculate. From the time we entered until we went out they treated us with such care. Hats off to the staff. 10/10 for service. We made an online order before and went there to pick up. We were able to get the order within two minutes. Highly reccomend their online portal. The new melts range is okay. They are delicious and especially liked the Double chicken with cheesy kochchi. Plenty of parking available.

Decent place to gather and located in a convenient place. Parking is not a much of a problem. And this outlet is so spacious and therefore you can go there at any time during opening hours and find a table without waiting. Staff is good and attend you within no time and work hard to fill your tummy.

Its a small but cozy and a nice place. I went there in the busy time but the service was good and the staff was attentive. The only problem is the dough and the pizza did not fullfil the quality and taste I got from other pizza hut branches around Colombo. Its not worst but something was lacking in taste. I ordered supreme beef pepper pizza and double chocolate shake. Taste was so good. I liked the milk shake very much. but price is little bit high. Atmosphere is so precious. So delicious. Taste is so good. it's a small pizza hut. parking facilities available but we can park small number of vehicles. Washroom facilities are available but it's in the out side of the pizza hut. Yesterday, we visited Pizza Hut - Boralesgamuwa and it was a cool and nice place. The parking space was satisfactory compared to other nearby places. The staff was friendly and supportive. They even have a special gathering area that can be reserved via phone call for teams to celebrate. The pizzas were tastier than we expected. Overall, our experience was good and we would definitely recommend it to others

This place is popular among customers. On every visit, I notice this place is full of customers. Foods are tasty like other pizza huts and they serve better service. They have enough space for parking. I like their black coffee.

We had thin crust BBQ pizza which was alright. It's bit small than usual pizza. It's clean and staff is good. But I don't think it's value for money. They are much better options. Pizzahut most options are very expensive for a fast food shop.

One of the best customer care experience had today. They are very decent and respectful. I made an order through pizza hut website, but selected wrong address. Once they called to deliver i got to know delivery address is wrong. I informed them and ask any possibility to deliver it my present address with additional cost. They accepted and didn't charged any rupee. Thanks to kind service offred by service manager and staff of Boralesgamuwa Pizza hut.

Food were great. Most importantly the service was great. I wanted the chicken washed for my 10month old. The washed it and baked it again to prevent germs as well they were kind enough to prepare it very hygienically and pack it for me

Food is decent and freshly served. Hope the food was a bit less greasy. Other than that they have a great environment for a family dinner or dine out with friends. Really happy to see a large amount of parking available.
