A nice spot to get good pizzas. Tried their paneer masala and chicken bbq pizza half and half. Has other options too like kothu, submarines and pasta. The pizzas are of thin crust so you can actually eat 4 slices if you normally eat 2 or 3. Has some drink and dessert options as well.

Today i went there with my wife and had a nice meal. I will first mention the positives and then the negetives. The pizza they make are much more finer and i can clearly say that those are much better than the pizza hut pizzas. The price is unbelievably fair. I would say the best meals for the best price. The amount of cheees and the ingredients that they have used are with much better standards. The crust of the pizza and the addons are being perfectly matched. They have a very advanced and classy beverage stock to be served to the clients. Water to wine including cocktails and rum backed up with whiskeys etc. The prices of the beverages except the soft drinks are amazingly fair. Today i tasted one of their wines and i would say that is OK, not the best in the market and for the price its OK as well. They maintain a classy yet charm interior and that's more than you can ask for. Very tidy and well organized. They serve with an amazing speed and we just had to wait for a maximum of 15mins but surely less than that to recieve our order. Now the negetives Firstly they must provide a glass of water for each customer for free, because it will not damage their income or profit by doing so but it will give a possitive impact on their service. I hope by next time i visit they have seen this and ammended their small but higly needed point. Eventhough they have mentioned 100ml of wine, i feel that they have not given exact 100ml but about 70-75ml. They take a very long time to hand over the bill to the customers once it has been requested after the meals.Pouring sauce was a commando mission as it was really stucked in the glass bottle and please provide some other solution for that. Lastly Their soft drink prices are way too high. A normal coke was 120 or something. Conclusion Awesome pizza for the best fair price in the market. I would recommend this to my colleuges and buddies with no hesitation. Surely i too will go their again and again. Please consider correcting the negetives which ihave mentioned above. Cheers!

Cozy atmospheric place for a dine-in. One of a few pizza cafes (if not the only one) to serve liquor along with their pizzas. Pizza served to us was a proper thin crust pizza unlike the 'overly puffy' variant usually served at SL pizza outlets, and taste wise pretty good as well. Almost no waiting time even if the place was pretty crowded. Usual House music played. Staff was friendly. No cons I can think of actually, so hands down it'd be a 5-star rating ✌🏻

Worst place to order pizza. Ordered at 7.50 Pm from the so called online platform. Did not arrive till 10pm. After so many calls back and forth the delivery guy came. Not ordering again. Recently my daughter and her boyfriend ordered a seafood/cholesterol Pizza at Arthurs and brought 6 pieces home because it tasted funny and they were not sure if it was due to the Sprite they had before. My daughter’s sense of smell is bad anyway and her boyfriend is a bit picky so I said ( without checking ) I will eat it later. I finished my work about two hours after it was brought home and took my first bite( though a strong smell hit me, I still thought I would try it ) I spat it out, it tasted so bad. It would have been about three hours since it was purchased. The cheese smelled bad on the cholesterol pizza and not on the Seafood. The moldy smelling cheese smell I'm quite familiar with as I work in a cafe that deals with cheese on a regular basis. We have kept Pizza out in the night and eaten it plus from the fridge the next day and never encountered it going bad. So the restaurant's reply to our complaint that we complained after three hours and that it would have gone bad is not acceptable. The matter of cheese being spoiled and smells bad is questionable as some cheeses do smell rather strong than others and therefore, for the not so cheese connoisseurs the strong smell can be a put off and considered spoiled. But this cheese had gone bad unfortunately. Restaurant explanation was - “our food quality manager said it was fine and it may be because we ate it after three hours”. After standing our ground on the matter they offered to give us a free Pizza. We don't want a free Pizza, neither do we want a refund. We have returned the three pieces that were bad for the restaurant to find its mistake and correct it. All we needed was an apology. We could have done worse and reported it to the authorities, but we are fans of this restaurant.Luckily we did not have food poisoning. But eating from Arthur’s again will be a questionable matter.

You can taste the delicious italy pizzas here. Their nai miris pizza was the best one for me. By the time I post this review, they are not serving any Alcohol inside their premises as they did before. To take alcohol you will have to go to the lions pub which located just near to the arthur's shop.

One of the beloved places from my personal list. An awesome pizza joint. I really love their pizza due to the Lankan twist. The ambience of Arthur's mount is really good. You can order a beer to spirits from their menu. The famous lion pub is situated right next to Arthur's. Chicken Nai Miris pizza is superb and can recommend to someone who loves spicy food. Their prices have gone up recently. But it is still worth the money we spent.

Pizza is delicious. But it adds VAT and service charges nearly 30% even though the price of the pizza is already high, and we didn't know it until the bill was prepared. I see that as a bad cunning marketing strategy. It would be better to add the VAT charges for the pizzas in the menu.

Worst experience ever. Went out on a team outing with some Swedish colleagues as well. Not even provided beer mugs or glasses! French fries looked hilarious. Pizza were good anyways alongside the sauces. I also saw some couples walked out because of the delay. No response at all from the staff. Also saw one couple was having some trouble over food or bill. Seems like poor management and ignoring customers. Not recommended! Thank you.

The place to eat pizza. If you are a vegetarian, you should definitely choose the pizza with polos curry(පොළොස් කරිය සමග ඇති පීසා එක). It is a really tasty pizza. If you want to eat spicy, choose any pizza with Nai Kochchi. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant staff are very friendly.

Few weeks back ordered Arthur's pizza for dinner. Up on till that day all our visits and deliveries we've enjoyed very much. That day decided to order the 2 large pizza deal. So from the specific menu that was available for that deal requested one chicken naimiris and I asked the person for a pizza that's not at all spicy for my daughter. He recommended the chicken BBQ. And we were very disappointed as the quality of both pizza's was not like what we had experienced at the restaurant and also the BBQ was way too spicy for my 6 year old. Was very disappointed and called back and asked why it was spicy when I requested it not to be spicy at all? His excuse was "it's not spicy for me". Very disappointing experience from such place. Just because you are giving a discounted deal don't go cheap on your quality.

You can get a unique flavored pizza at the same shop. Kochchi Pizza is recommended for those who like spicy food. Parking facilities are a bit lacking. A quiet place where you can spend your free time. Great place for those who like pizza.

Very nice place for gatherings with friendly environments and minimum disturbance. Very good service. Order fulfillment may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes. Overall 9/10 experience. Special Note - Mr Menuka who served us need to be appreciated for quality and reliable service

I was told delivery would take an hour when I placed my order but it arrived almost 3 hours later. I understand times are tough and the weather wasn’t too great but I would have at least appreciated a call from the outlet stating that there would be a delay. The pizza was extremely cold and dry when it arrived. Will never order again.

Tried Prawns Amu Miris, Margarita, Chicken BBQ and Chicken Sausage Pizzas! Loved the food and beverages! Above all the excellent service of Menuka was touching! He was frequently checking-up on us and constantly asking about the taste/quality of pizzas and drinks! Lovely atmosphere and a peaceful place for Pizza Hunger!

Great food! Biriyani was super duper! Different flavors but mouth watering! The service was great! Isura was kind and friendly with a big smile on his face! Hats off to him and the chef!

This is one of our favorite places especially to grab a quick dinner. The pizzas are just amazing with a thin crust and delicious toppings. Sandun was our server this time around and he was more than helpful to get our order placed and to see that we ate kept satisfied. Although we are a but sad they don't serve beer anymore but that's just next door so all is well!

Had a mix of chicken mai miris and seafood! Got this ammata hudu feeling! Hella better than pizza hut and dominos..very gourmet-ish.. and nice 7 star service by Isura!

Went to check out their new biriyani. Some might call it blasphemy, but it was one hell of an enjoyable meal. Great food and great service, as always. Shout out to Isura, our waiter the day we went. Very prompt service, very helpful.

Food was great. The chicken Nai Miris Pizza is a must to try. It was tasty. However the mutton Biriyani was average. The staff and ambience was also great.

Needless to say how great the pizzas are! But came over here to give a shout-out to their chicken nai miris pizza which totally turned me into a fan! Also another shoutout to their amazing staff who were never once annoyed by our countless requests (which we had to make because we couldn’t get enough of the chicken nai miris pizza) 👏 CNM is the real MVP at least for me 😛

Compared with previous experiences now the quality and service isn't that great.. Ordered a chicken, bacon and mushroom pizza, but it was served without bacon, seafood pizza wasn't that tasty either. Maskaday and chicken nai miris were fine.

Italian food with a Sri Lankan twist. The food is normally very spicy, but you can make a request for it to be mild. Very tasty and the prices are reasonable. I also enjoyed the western music classics, reminds me of home. This is also one of the cleanest restaurants in the area. I highly recommend it. But do not go in expecting authentic Italian food, you will be left disappointed. Instead, be open to trying something different and you may be pleasantly surprised.

Came here after some time. Menu has shrunk due to the current situation. Ordered myself a nai miris & maskade pizza 1/2 &1/2 taste hasn’t changed a bit that’s a nice thing. Tried their Shakshuka a new item. It looked so yummy and it tasted even better. Give it a try the next time you visit.

Arthur's Pizzeria is popular for its trademark 'Nai miris' pizzas & other spicy meals. We tried out the Paneer Cheese Koththu & the Paneer Submarine. Both were tasty, but they were too spicy and made us sweat. It would have been better if they had warned us (spiciness wasn't indicated on the menu). The service & the cleanliness has gone down slightly when compared with year 2016, but it is still commendable.

Good pizza but they charge 20%+ tax and vat which could add up to around 1500lkr per pizza

Their pizzas are okay..doesn’t really match the hype. I’ve had over 6 different of their pizzas. The one in the image is just a basic chicken one (came for a beer and felt like a pizza) The place is okay, looks very European which is a good thing though the staff really ruin the ambience. It was quite bad we actually decided to go to next door and have the pizza with some beer. Pizza definitely better than the popular franchises, but there are better places. Wouldn’t recommend but definitely in the top 3 places for pizza.

Arthur's pizzeria offers one of quality foods in the town and have enough time to be familiar with your lovables till you receive the foods. Nice and calm place. Special appreciations for thier customer service. Sugath was one employee who was really friendly and nice with good customer service 😊. Back in 2017/18 period, there was a huge menu with number of choices. But after the Covid pandemic situations thier menu has became tiny with less selections. However, their pizza varieties, nai miris pasta and kottu varieties are still awesome and recommended.

Overall pizza is good. And submarine bun is not that much fresh and quality. And provide potato chips not french fries
