Their cakes are good but their customer service is the worst I've seen in Sri Lanka. That's something I've noticed in every branch. Their service is just awful. They don't admit to faults. I bought a cake for a friend's birthday. I asked them if they could write something on it. They said okay and took the cake to the back and brought it back with it written in red. The Cake was brown and the writing didn't match it. The girl had messed up the writing and smudged the icing. But when I said I want another cake she said "you can only see it because you're looking carefully. It's not that obvious." They refused to give me a different cake because it would be taken out of their salary. Even the senior staff there covered up for the girl and made it look like I was making a big deal out of nothing. She even said, "we are writing on the cake to help you. We're doing you a favour." I paid for the cake sp how can they say they're doing me a favour? I'm never buying cake from them again.

Too much of alcohol used in the cake. But yet the cakes are very good and delicious...

Your staff were very rude today when I asked for butter muffins. They laughed at me saying there is no muffins. There is no need to laugh. Before the same thing happened on various days.

Good food for reasonable price. Parking available for limited number of vehicles in front of the premises.

One of my friend recommended this place for butter cake. I was looking for 200pcs of cake for an almsgiving. Was not expecting the same taste like home made cake. But it was beyond my expectations. Cake was sooo good. I even placed extra orders for my staff and home. Everybody loved it and inquired about the place. Its a regular place for me now. Thanks.

Food and cakes are amazing. Attitude of the staff and service is questionable. Music they play inside the premises does not match with the atmosphere.

They have nice food and good service.All the sales people were very friendly but the only demerit they had was when it passed one the food trays are almost empty and choices for customers will be limited but I recommend it as a good place.

Family bakers has two places in Mount lavinia. The one in front of Arthur's has all the kinds of short eats and breads. Specialy kurakkan bread. But the small one in front of vision care always lacking some food.like french bread

As a very nice ❤️ place to have a quick snack. Also usually has s large selection of baked items. Also some of the staff are very helpful and pleasant to talk too. Definitely a place that I will visit again.

Good place where normally I go for snacks and cakes. But recently unexpired cake was bought to be taken for a visit and found fungus underneath by the receiver. They have thrown that and could not produce it for a complaint

Wide selection of good, but a bit untidy. One of the older supermarkets she can't really complain. Attracts quite a crown in the evenings. Has a liquor shop with a good selection.

Went there on 16.6.2020. Corona times. They followed proper guidelines when taking us in with a warm greeting and a broad smile. Kudos to the Security Person. .. Had a nice collection of baked goods as well as drink options. The place was nice and tidy with comfortable chairs. The staff was nice and had no hassle with my simple order. Definitely would go again..
