At all cost avoid! I paid for changing the oil and filters - it was never done- just paid for doing nothing. Very bad garage, never again, I should have give minus 5!!!!

First experience was not good as trey’ve ordered 2 out of 4 tires confirming me well in advance that everything is fine and the appointment is confirmed. Nevertheless, one week later everything was fine and works were performed professionally.

Update: After raising a complaint to support, a new item is delivered within 2 hours. I reserved a cycle rack for my vacation. To my surprise the rack was in an old package. The guy at the shop insisted that it was new and just opened it to check. He used my situation to convince me that it was a new item but it was a very big lie. I took the photos of the product at the shop during pick up. Attaching them.

Ordered set of wheels online, got an appointment to get the installed on my car 8 days after, went there waited 3 hours there for them to tell me they didn't get the tyres...with no apologies. Afterwards had to call them for the next two weeks to finally get a confirmation that they finally got them. After that it went fine and they installed the tyres.

These medium quality materials and very low quality of service shops are the norm in Belgium where services are extremely expensive. I have to go there when I am absolutely desperate and can't wait for a better solution to my problem.

Avoid this particular location. Ordered online tyres with the service to mount them on the car in this location with a nice discount during 'Black Friday-Cyber Monday'-period. Payment was done and order was confirmed via mail. A couple days later, someone informed me the tyres were not in stock anymore via call. They asked me, myself to cancel the order via the online customer service, while they were the ones cancelling my order. A week goes by and no response through online customer service and also no confirmation by mail that the order was cancelled. Since the order was never formally cancelled, I went to my appointment. Obvious result, no tyres. But also no help with getting my money back. And still no confirmation that they were the ones cancelling my order.

I took my car in for a quick controls inspection check at 49.95 EUR in Sept 2023. They completed the check on time and sent me a text (efficient part of the service that I like). However they presented me with a Devis (estimation) that my tires would not pass inspection and that I needed to change all 4 tires at 625 EUR. I said that was surprising because the year before - at the same inspection with them - they passed my back tires and changed my front tires for ~400 EUR. The person at the checkout checked and confirmed and then said the back tires won’t pass. I asked about the front tires (which have lasted one year and I thought are under guarantee) and he stammered and moved on to another customer. It felt like a scam. Tires should last more than one year.

Expensive and slow, not reliable. I had one of my appointment cancelled for lack os sparen, then rebooked some days later. Left the car there at 8.30, i was told to come at 17.00, the car was delivered at 19.00. Staff ok but not proactive nor customer oriented.
