Like the name suggests, they serve a lot of signature puttu varieties and more. The dishes are all rooted in Kerala style and are delightful. The rush during the weekend is a common sight, be prepared to wait during peak hours. Overall, the food is great, hospitality is worth mentioning, but the cleanliness needs attention. The price of main course items was justifiable, but the bread items seem not to be.

Always delivered the best meals in town along with there eripori chicken. Missing the breakfast they served during the initial days. Always crowded during the lunch section but never disappoints us in taste. Worth every moment that you are waiting. Dont miss their pineapple puttu which doesn't need any side dishes.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Today's visit to Dhe Puttu for lunch was a disappointing experience, arguably the worst I've had among Indian restaurants in the UAE, especially considering my previous positive experiences with Kerala restaurants here. I ordered 'Puttu Kappa Biriyani' (Beef) and Beef Biriyani. The 'Puttu Kappa Biriyani' was essentially just plain 'Puttu' with NO KAPPA, MINIMAL BEEF and shockingly NO SALT .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's bewildering that a dish could be served without such a basic ingredient, especially when claimed to be their best. The Beef Biriyani was equally disheartening - the beef was TOUGH and UNDERCOOKED, making it INEDIBLE. Rice was Okayish type. While we also ordered Irachi Chor, where the beef was cooked properly, it sadly didn't redeem the overall experience. This restaurant seems more about hype than delivering on tastier food. It's regrettable to have such a subpar experience, and I cannot recommend this establishment to others based on my recent visit. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I had a nice experience at Dhe Puttu while enjoying their unlimited buffet breakfast of various popular South Indian dishes for just 15 AED. The food was not only delicious but also carried an authentic South Indian flavor. Despite the slight congestion, the taste made it all worth it. A fantastic spot for an affordable and tasty breakfast!

I am not from Kerala but I love to experiment new dishes and restaurants to get the flavors from different states. Puttu is my favorite and this place is the best in dubai for that authentic taste. They serve it hot and fresh. You will find Lots of other dishes in veg and non vegetarian. Great service, hospitality to remember. Just Found it too noisy, kids crying and people talking so loud. Well that’s my point of you only. Rest is all superb 👏👍💕

I recently tried the special lunch meals at this place and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Their Special lunch meals is a scam. It is just normal lunch with 2 spoon of paal kappa. The Paal Kappa was the worst I've ever had, making the special meals feel like a bit of a letdown. The overall quality of the meals was average, and you can find similar ones elsewhere for a better value. We were forced ourselves to buy addons to elevate the overall experience. The King fish and ayala fry were exceptional, offering a delightful burst of flavors. The unique addition of sprouted green gram with the beef fry was appreciated. The manthal fry was cold and flat. The environment was pleasant with ample tables and minimal wait time. However, the staff was disappointing, especially the waiter who lacked interest and professionalism. We had to prompt him to serve everyone, and he seemed unresponsive to our requests. In conclusion, the experience was average, and I wouldn't recommend this place specifically for meals. Consider exploring other options for a more satisfying dining experience.

On Saturday we went there had dhee puttu platter which was delicious and plenty of food for 4 people. It had 2 porotta 2 set dosa ghee rice one full charcol chicken one puttu and beef chutty curry. Beef curry and chicken charcoal were too delicious. Also the sulaimani you get in the beginning is mouth watering. We have been to many restaurants always we had a feeling that it’s too costly though we never visited the place. But we had a go. This platter is 99dhs. And only available to weekends. We went there on Monday to have the same dish so they said not available. We had angamaly chatty choru and Erachi choru beef. Both were outstanding and the prices were almost the same as the normal restaurant in karama. Kids also loved the puttu and ghee rice as well as set dosa. A group of four could order this dhee puttu platter it should well enough and you get to taste variety of dishes in one go.

Busy restaurant in Karama serving traditional Kerala cuisine. Certainly a spot to try but not if you're in a rush on a weekend as wait times can stretch upto an hour. Many varieties of Puttu along with Kerala meals , awesome chatti choru and some lip-smacking biriyani
