We had a fantastic trip to East Europe - Prague, Vienna and Budapest. All arrangements were well taken care of, by the AFC team. Coach driver 'Roman' in Europe was friendly and kind. Our Tour Manager 'Zubin' was fun and always approachable. He did a great job and tried to accommodate families in rooms next to each other. Hotels were good, except for the location of Hotel Park Inn at Budapest which was in the interior of the city. A great group on our tour was the cherry to the cake. Absolute fun and an amazing holiday.

We had been recently on tour with AFC to Switzerland Germany and Paris. Overall the tour was well organized with a very helpful guide Mr. Keith. They had given a tour briefing prior to the trip which was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the vacation. The lunch served at the Indian restaurant at Mt. Titilis deserves a special mention for the taste, the menu and the orderly way that it was arranged. All the destinations were well planned for the activities they have promised and there was adequate time to take pictures and for sight seeing. However l would like to highlight a few shortcomings which we faced during the trip. The intention is to give a hint to the future AFC guests and also to AFC team on how to make this trip a better version of what it is now. 1. The day we reached Swiss, the place organized to freshen up was totally not up to the mark. It was a small Indian Restuarant with a very small washroom space for all the guest to change and freshen up simultaneously. It could have been better if they had suggested to change at the airport itself or some other alternative accommodation could have been provided. The tea and breakfast they served was very a flavorful one. 2. There is an 8 hr bus journey from Freiburg to Paris. We decided to opt out of this and booked the train journey which was only 3 hrs and was very scenic and we got an extra day to spend in Paris. 3. They made us queue up for almost 3 hrs to get the Eiffel Tower entrance tickets when there was an option to take a fast track tickets even though it would cost a little extra money but would have spared the energy spent waiting. 4.The hotel they booked in Paris is quite far from the main city. This is of a great disadvantage when you want to stroll and explore the Paris city at night because to get back to the hotel late at night was not only time consuming but also unsafe. If you keep aside these points the trip was quite an incredible one where we not only made new memories but also got wonderful travel companions who became great friends.

ABOUT Exceptional Tour Guide Ella in Knysna & Cape Town: After spending two days in Johannesburg, we flew to George which is located on the famous Garden route. Here at George Airport, we met Ella, our wonderful tourist guide! She welcomed us with such enthusiasm that we were impressed by her gesture. We are lucky to have an expert guide like Ella with us for the next 5 days. Three of these days on scenic South Africa's ever-popular Garden Route, where she took us to the Ostrich Park, a wild life sanctuary, the amazing Congo Caves and the most exciting walk in the Tsitsikamma Mountains. Ella is knowledgeable about South African history, social movements, geography, and culture. You say the name of a South African flower or plant, or sport cricket/rugby and she would immediately tell you the details. We felt as if we were moving with talking encyclopedia. She took care of the entire group, our safety, and periodically warned us about the danger. We were guided to economical shopping and suggested food options as per our choices. She accompanied our tour group to Cape Town until the end of our tour, where she saw us off at the Cape Town airport. AFC help from Dubai Office: However, for those working in the Dubai AFC office and dealing with customers, there is room for development in terms of communication. However, Arnold is an exception, he is truly a professional and understands the customer's needs and is lovely to deal with. He personally followed up and kept me up to date & listened to our problem with patience & returned without fail from time to time. Even if it was the job of another person in the AFC, Arnold bridged the information gap. I wish I could deal with him only for all the way right from booking up to visa and all other stuff. My family and I recently went on the Japanese Odyssey tour courtesy of AFC Holidays and it was outstanding! Japan dream tour with AFC Our first tour with AFC Holidays is to Japan - an amazing & highly recommended destination. This is also our first tour in a big group which also enabled different experiences with other families from different countries, cultures, background etc. From the very beginning, we planned a tour for another country. However, due to some hiccups in visa application, we changed our destination to Japan. Kudos to Mr. Arnold who helped us a lot in getting approval for package changing, visa, etc. Another plus point going to the AFC operations team who arranged a session with us 1 week prior to the tour with tips & necessary advices. Moreover, on the date of traveling, operations team gave us 2 calls reminding us about the flight departure date & time since our flight is 1 day prior to the tour. Special thanks to our tour guide Mrs. Mari who became our close friend after 1 week traveling together. She is a very supportive, caring, knowledgeable & warm person who was managing the tour very well. Apart from that, we would like to express our thanks to the driver - Mr. Okamoto who was silently supporting us during the long journey in 7 days (Tokyo-Fuji-Nagano-Takayama-Kyoto). It was 2 years ago that we planned an overseas tour, COVID-19 pertaining us step us out, it was a couple of months ago that we made sure we want to visit Prague no matter what. As the “family tradition” had always been choosing AFC we made no change to that… everyone needs the best right! Firstly thanks to Arun and David for helping us figure out the way through the maze of paperworks. AFC took us all the way from booking the tickets to their briefing session prior to the tour to Prague Vienna Bratislava Budapest To making a memory for a lifetime The team was amazing. Completely chill and more like family, fun and cozy at all times. The tour guides Natalia and Wajeem was always a WhatsApp-message away for help. Arnold our driver ; always young at heart made sure to drive us safe and sound everywhere we went. AFC has been soo thoughtful to send us a goodie before the travel began from UAE . Making the safety measures are taken care of. The places we halted, the food, the ambiance they chose for us was of number 1 quality. The Time Management that AFC keeps up is on point. They make sure to give us ample time to explore the place on our own too which was the best part. This trip would always remain afresh in our memories for now we made an extended family in the days that passed.

We have travelled to Scotland & London this time with AFC Holidays. It was well organized by AFC and the tour Manager Mr. Ranjeet Singh was cheerful,very cooperative & timely coordinated all requirements. AFC should have chosen better hotels in Glasgow ( which was so congested , without room intercom etc) & London ( which was too far from city/ tourists spots and took more than 1.5 hrs everyday to reach one way). All our co passengers were so nice & cooperative.

The trip started by finding our tour guide(Beso) who was very friendly and had intense knowledge of Georgia history, culture and other Europe countries. I enjoyed the trip with the group and the guides were flexible with the timing, places and also stopped on highway for snowfall. The flight timing and shifting from one city to another would need improvement as it wasted our entire day. Overall it was an amazing trip.

Despite of planning my trip to Armenia in just 3 days prior to travel date, David was very positive about everything and very helpful. He responded to everything i was worried about and keeping in mind the peak season of vacation, he managed to get everything done for us in such little time. The hotel provided for our stay was very decent & clean and in prime location. Good itinerary which covered 85% of the main attractions in just 3 days. Dint have to worry about anything starting from airport transfers to PCR test to visa applications. Everything was made so convenient for us. Loved the experience. Tour guide was very friendly, caring and jolly all the time. The group of people i travelled with was very cooperative, helping, happy and friendly.

A truly excellent and memorable tour with a great group - AFC Tour. We knew little about beautiful Albania, but returned home having learnt so much, seen so much and experienced so much. This tour is highly recommended as it is well organised and has a very good itinerary. All the hotels were comfortable and very clean although not necessarily luxurious. We had some superb breakfast buffets as well as good food every where.
