If I could give negative stars I would. I had a consultation with Dr. Samir Rahmani in the bariatric department. It was a horrendous experience. He’s rude and unkind with zero compassion. He looked at me with disgust and spoke to me with contempt. It was almost like he was angry that I’m overweight. YOU’RE A BARIATRIC DOCTOR!! How can you hate fat people? I left feeling defeated and hopeless. He is the worst doctor - and human being - I’ve ever met. So quick update. I went to see Dr. Ali Al Dameh at American Hospital Dubai and the experience was completely opposite of the terrible consultation I had with Dr. Samir. Dr. Ali is AMAZING. He is kind, compassionate and encouraging. He actually listened to me and never once made me feel bad about myself. He is going to help me whereas all Dr. Samir did was shame me. I really don’t write reviews often but I feel so strongly about the mistreatment I experienced with Dr. Samir Rahmani that I don’t want anyone else to have to go through that.

I highly recommend not to visit this clinic. I had an appointment and i showed up before 10 minutes and made me wait 55 minutes not to mention the doctor the price was insane it was $485 to give the prescription for one pack pills and he sent me to pharmacy they deal with it and they sold it to me 85 AED . and i found it in other pharmacy 35AED. SO it's up to you guys if you wanna spend that amount of money .

I had a consultation today with the plastic surgeon Allan for a very simple procedure!!!! And he showed me pictures of before and after surgery and I have seen a bump in one of the pictures of his previous clients and I pointed it out and I said I Dont want this to happen to me, Allan started to be so offensive and told me that I Dont need a plastic surgeon if I am going to FOCUS ON DETAILS “ keeping in mind that I am going through a plastic surgery procedure to look better and not distorted “he said I need a psychologist instead and adding on that he said I am welcome to leave the room, woo own what an attitude!!!!!! What kind of behavior is that!!! I am a patient after all and I need some respect!!!! Keep in mind that I was very respectful with him. Think twice before visiting!!!!!! I have given the same review to the receptionist working in the Jumairah branch... Regards, Disappointed patient!

Excellent doctors but very bad booking system and un trained stuff. They cancelled my appointment which I took a month ago because I didn’t reply to their call yesterday however they send me the reminder after the call that my appointment is valid, Today morning they called me when I was in a meeting 3-4 hours before the appointment and because I didn’t answer they cancelled my appointment ( btw I already paid in advance for the appointment) when I called back and they gave the appointment to another patient. This is not the first mistake they did, You don’t deserve even a star.

A clinic for show off only - Doctor did not examine my concern and was only listening to what I was telling him mostly.. yet he gave me wrong diagnosis and wrote a large number of medication to buy from their pharmacy. Not recommended at all.

I bought a package for a laser hair reduction - unfortunately the hair reduction didn't get much better and was given a permanent scar from the negligence and misuse of the nurse during one of the treatments. As per "Response from the owner" request I've emailed my contact details months ago and no one from Kaya Skin Clinic and their Quality team (if it even exists) got in touch.

The best dental clinic I had visited in UAE, I had a very bad history with all dental clinics I visited before this clinic, till I met Dr. Suhail in this clinic to treat my 5 years old daughter who had phobia of any dental issue. It was amazing for me to see my little daughter sitting very easy in front of a Dentist from the first moment till the end off root canal treatment and fixing the crown, all steps done very easy with peace and love. Thanks a lot Dr. Suhail and your team, appreciate your efforts.

I have been seeing Dr. Hanan for just over a year and a half now. I was in a pretty bad way in terms of my mental health and really felt there was no way out. She has been patient, straight forward and kind. My family, friends and I are delighted with my progress and I am in a much happier and stable place. I have Dr Hanan to thank for this, for sure.

Today was my first visit with novomed.My lower back was extremely rigid and it was severely affecting my day to day functioning. Until I met my therapist Imran ahmed. One session and I felt a significant amount of relief. It's going to take some time but baby steps with the help of Imran, I'm sure I'll be back to full strength in no time.

Dr. Ela was great, one of the best cleaning treatments I’ve done globally. The teeth whitening was very successful and Dr. Ela was extremely informative and helpful about various other questions I had about other potential treatments. I had a pleasant experience.

Its been almost 4 months of me visiting Novomed Marina Plaza branch for 3 times a week for my allergy immunotherapy shots and I believe I can now write an honest review after consistently dealing with them on a regular basis for many many months. One of my friends who used to suffer from severe allergies recommended this clinic and Dr ahmed alrifai to treat my allergies which I have been suffering from for the past 15 years. He’s a good doctor that was able to diagnose what I’m allergic to precisely and recommend the right course of treatment. However, what makes the journey of getting injected many times a week bearable are his nurses and admin staff (Nurses:Hazel, ugeine/ Admin: Ayat and Noni), in particular Ayat and Hazel who demonstrate the best customer service I have seen in a medical clinic so far. Hazel is one of the best nurses I have ever dealt with! I hope they retain her as much as possible. I dont suffer from allergies like before, and I hardly sneeze, however while taking injections you’re on constant medication so I dont really know if its the meds or the injections that is actually working. Once I get off my meds, I will update my review but the doctor did tell me there is only 75% chance this will work. so I might end up not getting cured afterall but its a risk I’m happy to make if there is a good chance I get cured. Bottom line is service is important no matter how good your doctors are! So I hope they continue to focus on the service as much as their medical care.

They don't respect appointments, the doctor is always late. Non existing bedside manners. 4 hrs veneers procedure without checking if the patient needs a break , is in pain or even what to expect is being done. Argumentative, doesn't listen to the patient expectations and claims not to be aware. 1 week delay for not making the veneers as agreed and paid for. They may me good with other procedures as mentioned in the reviews, however for dental work, I strongly recommend to find a more professional clinic.

Dr. Vadahni is do far the best specialist I found in Middle East. Up to date with all novelties in the field. Very focused and analytical. He has also holistic approach. The appointment is 60 min and he is really performing a great interview with proposal of treatment that is also very well explained. The doctor was very good but had a horrible experience at the clinic. The staffs seemed very money minded and greedy. Went for consultation to doctor Mansi who seemed very genuine and good. But for the treatment a 30% discount was offered in the beggining and when we came back to pay, it was reduced to 25% and the staffs came up with new stories about the treatment to pay more and we wanted to consult the doctor who wasn’t available on that particular day. So we came back again the third time just for the doctor and when we were about to pay and start the treatment they further reduced it the discount to 15%. Highly disappointed with the staffs and customer service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

The clinic is clean and properly maintained. Tiffany, one of the nurses, is friendly and has been very accommodating. At sessions, she explains the procedure to be done, and while at it, gives me a heads up on what is to anticipate. She also checks on me every after the sessions and gives pieces of advise on what to do when redness appears, itchiness occurs or when peeling is too much. This is totally exceeding expectations. I've been grinding on my teeth for more than a year, ever since Covid started, and had been getting the worst headaches and jaw pain. After getting vaccinated and feeling comfortable enough to visit the dentist again, i visited Dr. Elahe Goudarzi for the first time. She was so bubbly and kind from the moment i stepped into her office. She asked me about what was bothering me and listened intently. ( which is very rare, based on my experience with other dentists and doctors in general). She suggested we do an X-ray and after thoroughly looking at the scans she advised me on removing my top 2 wisdom teeth. I was initially worried, I've been having so many meeting online nowadays with clients and a very busy schedule i was super worried about the aftermath of removing my wisdom teeth. The swelling, pain, bleeding, that might disrupt my daily routine not allowing me to work properly, go to the gym, etc. She clearly explained that NOTHING will be disrupted and that it wouldn't even require surgery! I was shocked as i have seem my husband and other friends go through a rough time and took them a week or two to go back to their routine. She reconfirmed that it will be a breeze. On the day of the procedure. Dr. Elahe put some relaxing music (she always has awesome playlists), and went on to do local anesthesia around the area, made sure i felt no pain, and after a few min i realised a tooth had been pulled out haha. It was honestly pain free and the nurse was so very sweet she kept making sure my face and clothes were clean. And the aftermath was shockingly simple. Although i had some pain the first and second night, but it was nothing that Ibuprofen 400 couldn't handle. I just avoided hard and very hot food for a few days and the rest was history. I went to my workout the next day, and was able to attend all my work meetings like nothing happened. Also, I have to say that my grinding is already soooo much better, and hopefully with the new custom night guard Dr. Elahe is ordering for me, i am sure it will keep improving. If you are having a similar experience don't hesitate honestly and just get it done. It is simpler than you think... I am so thankful for Dr. Elahe for making this a breezy ride, I found a new dentist and i am not letting her go, we know how hard it is to find a good one in Dubai. Thanks Dr. Elahe again!

Dr Kris was excellent and highly professional and competent. I’d have given a five star rating just based on him and his ability to efficiently diagnose a back problem that I’ve suffered with for far too long. My only concern was the lack of social distancing in the escalators and big queues to get into them on the way up to Novomed’s 30th floor office.

Real good experience with Dr Karan And Yuvonne. they worked overtime to treat my case. its very far from my place - hope they can do the same service in JLT branch once in a while. But overall experience is good and would recommend to anybody even those with orthodontic Phobia.
