most of their fish and corals are infected I bought one for 1500 AED. It was infected with AEFW. Also bought fish form them and it has ich. Now I have ich because of them. What they care about is money with no customer service.

Last time they cleaned my tank, one fish died. Said it was dead. I think I would have noticed a dead fish but I gave them the benefit of a doubt. Today, they cleaned the tank, when I got home I was informed by the maid that one water pump wasn't working (you'd think they would call me and report this) According to their customer service, the pump was leaking water. My housing I keep the pump has been bone dry. Wouldn't I have noticed a water leak? Don't use them. They break your stuff and offer their "sincerest apologies" after they have taken your money

Unfortunately it doesn't seem that this place is interested in good customer service.. i had a bad experience on 2 sides, one with a purchase and one with me offering them more business but they didnt seem interested.. happy for the management (someone of authority) to call me and ask me what happened and i can explain in detail

I got the kitten formula I went for, so that’s great. It was a product I couldn’t find in most stores. But I think their products are marked up by a lot. I also felt like the staff wasn’t knowledgeable about the kitten formula, I was hoping for some advice but I had to read it off the box and figure it out myself. They were gentle and matter-of-fact though, I will be visiting again to repurchase kitten formula. (The churu treats were at a decent price from what I remember, though)

Stopped by due to heavy rains. The staff on duty were so friendly and accomodating even if I was not planning on buying. After several minutes of staying in the shop, I have learned great stuff and became interested with the marine set ups. Will definitely go back or recommend.

Excellent service. Staff is very helpful and they know their aquariums very well. Especially a guy name Frank. He knows aquariums and can guide you very well. Prices are fine. The shop is clean and organised and is accessible. Would recommend any aquarist and budding aquarist to visit this shop.

Excellent staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about marine aquarium. Excellenta collection of salt water fish's. Only downside is that they arenhead over heels expensive.

I hesitantly went to this shop as opposed to another well known big name and was not disappointed. The store itself isn't special, but the service is. I went there just to ask some questions before I would head over to the other aquarium store but Marwan was so good he made a loyal customer out of me. His passion and knowledge are above what you would expect in Dubai. I will be returning to BPK for all my aquarium needs. They just need a better name than BPK Global Trading, like what the hell is that :P

The name is a bit weird for a pet shop. Anyhow, good collection of marine/salt water fishes. All types of equipment, rocks, aquariums are available. There is a staff member by the name of Grace who knows alot about keeping salt water fishes. The only main downside of BPK is that its wayyy over priced. In these times, especially when economy is running low, your basic aqarium is 1000 DHS. Sad.

Lot of variety of marine life but very costly as compared to others, especially to Sharjah. Fish, coral and other livestock is at double price and accessories are 50% more costly.
