Our family had a dine in dinner at the Ridgedale Cheesecake Factory. All of our food tasted great! Everything was hot and fresh. Service was good, server was friendly and helpful. Took down a star because our silverware was a bit sticky, but that’s our only complaint. Our server replaced it for some non-sticky utensils right away. Overall a really nice dining experience!

For dinner we ordered the grilled steak medallions, bacon bacon burger, and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The steak was cooked as ordered and the sauce was delicious. The burger was very juicy even when I ordered medium well. It had plenty of bacon as well. The Alfredo was amazing and there was enough to take home for lunch the next day. The server was excellent and prompt. For drinks we only asked for water as we had been out in the sun all day. They brought us extra water and made sure they stayed full. For dessert we of course had cheese cake. One was raspberry white chocolate the other was chocolate mousse. Both were excellent. We got a few others to take home and freeze. I'm certain they will be excellent as well.

I love The Cheesecake Factory! So this day I had steak tips from the Skinnylicious menu. Really good with a madeira sauce. It made for a filling and satisfying lunch. I love everything I've ever had here and the menu goes on for days. It all sounds good. I had the coconut cheese cake and it tastes just like a Mounds candy bar. It's good for three or more fridge raids. I also like the Tex-Mex egg rolls and the brown bread in the bread basket.

The service was great. I had unsweetened black and green tea mixed to drink and it was absolutely delightful and refreshing. I had happy hour stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, the skinny menu steak medallions for an entree which was really tasty, and the original cheesecake to go. The cheesecake was packaged up well and included plasticware so I can eat it later at the hotel. I like the bread and butter (The butter is not chilled so it's actually spreadable.) that they give you well you wait as well. The total with a tip came to just under $56. The iced tea drink price is $4.50 alone.

I have been to this location many times. It is a hit or miss with the food sometimes. The wait staff have been nice every time I have dined in. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Only knock is one time I was in the bathroom during a past visit and saw a employee in a chef coat finishing dropping a load in the bathroom and attempting to leave without washing his hands. The food is always always big portions, enough to take home and have leftovers or bring to work the next day. Sometimes the food is seasoned beautifully, sometimes it’s under seasoned. This last visit the pasta dishes for everyone at our table were very very salty (probably just old water). We told the waiter and he went and told them to change the water, the was the only solution he had for our salty meals. The dish would have been wonderful if not for that. The lemon raspberry cheesecake was a nice midnight snack later that night. Aside from the meal the waiter kept reaching over me to get drinks or plates without saying excuse me it was very frustrating. Other than that he was a good server. Overall it has been a nice date night for me in the past or dinner with friends you just have to hope you go when the cooks are on their A game.

What a great place to stop and have a quick late lunch! Our service was top notch! The server was attentive and helpful and the restaurant was cozy. The woman’s restroom was clean. Our food was excellent and came out piping hot! And of course the cheese cake was to die for!!’ Definitely swing in here if not for a meal, then at least for the cheese cake!

One of my favorite places to eat. Huge portions, hot food and very tasty. I’ve tried quite a few different dishes and have yet to be disappointed.

The center spot light shines directly down the middle of the table. Other than the mood lighting... thepace was comfortable, food was great. I ordered the chicken and shrimp gumbo center mound of brown rice was perfectly prepared. This dish is got a decent heat (spicy) to it. Dessert was dulce cheese cake slice. Shared. Is perfect amount!

A nice spot. The decor is very welcoming. I would go there again. I was interested in the variety on the menu. I started with some cream based chicken artichoke soup which was outstanding. I ordered a parmesean chicken dish served with green beans and mashed potatoes. The green beans were sprinkled with a bit of citrus rinds which give them an intriguing and wonderful taste. My only issue was the beans were a bit dry. The mashed potatoes were of the red variety with some skin mixed in the mash to give the potatoes a wonderful texture. The parmesean chicken breasts were cooked well, moist on the inside and just enough of a crunchy parmesean coating. I added a jasmine tea to clean the pallet and enjoy the flavors. The amount of food was far to much for me to eat in one sitting, I eventually took most of the meal home for a great second meal. Since I was full, I had to order my cheesecake to go! I took home a slice of the mango key lime cheesecake. This was an amazing treat the next morning as I took a taste for breakfast 😋 All in all, the meal was great! I WILL BE BACK.

My expectations were not high. OMG, what delicious food! Our service was fantastic. I don't know when, but we will be back!! Oh, the cheesecake was okay.

Ambiance and service were perfect. Food was good overall , but slightly overpriced. The four cheese pasta was not very good. However, the Korean cauliflower, and fish and chips were amazing. The desserts were the best we’ve had in recent times. Pictured here is the Oreo cheesecake and the Peanutbutter cup cheesecake.

The Cheesecake Factory in Minnetonka provided the perfect venue for a special birthday celebration. The food was great; my husband enjoyed his Shepard’s pie and I enjoyed my salmon, mashed potatoes, and asparagus entrée! Our waiter, Peter, was friendly and responsive to all our requests. Our lunch was a delightful and memorable dining experience!

I’m not a big fan of bread but the dark colored bread that they offered was so good with butter. The crab wontons tasted good. Although, I’m not a big fan of the sauce that comes with it. Shepherds Pie was very good and the dinner portion size was enormous. Shae was our server and she did a great job!

My dad took my sister and I for our birthday. He had garlic butter shrimp and angel hair pasta from the skinnylicious menu. He really enjoyed it. My sister and I had the lunch size Chinese chicken salad, which was big and delicious. Our server, Peter, was awesome! He answered all of our questions very patiently and made good recommendations. We tried the chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake, pumpkin pecan, and caramel turtle cheesecake. They were all delicious and rich.

We love going to Cheesecake Factory! One of our favorite places to go to. Decided to try something new this time and it was worth it! Had the chicken parmigiana pizza and my husband had his favorite: burrito. Always good! One of our favorite apps is the Buffalo blast. Great choices on the menu, what makes it hard to decide on something. Everything we had tried so far was really yummy!!!

I like this place because their menu is pretty extensive, many options to choose from. The place was almost full when we came but the food didn’t take too long to arrive. Chicken marsala sauce was very good. Filet mignon was tender and well seasoned. Portions are big and worth the price. Their complementary bread is delicious too.

Marshall and his brother were excellent waiters with great food suggestions! The food was outstanding! Thanks for the recommendation. The Korean Fried Chicken and Crispy Brussel Sprouts were excellent! Marshall!

Went on Valentine’s Day drove 30 mins from Saint Paul. The services and food was mediocre. The waitresses did not allow us time to look at menu which was extremely overwhelming because of all the choices. It was our first time and didn’t really know what to get. Had the Alfredo fettuccine and the noodles was too doughy and oily. The margarita pizza was 10/10. It would have been helpful to have a waiter that was a bit more patient and knowledgeable on the menu. Honestly I think Olive Garden is better, this just wasn’t worth the drive.

Shrimp Scampi and Steak Dianne tasted amazing! Staff was helpful and had many good recommendations! Didn’t have time to snap a photo of the vanilla bean cheesecake but it was glorious.

Such a great experience!! The Cheesecake Factory is a once-in-a-while treat for me, and I had been anxiously waiting to go back! I tried all new things and love everything! We had an amazing waiter, Luiz, who made the night so fun! We had the pretzel bites (so good!!), Mac and cheese burger, and Adam's peanut butter cup cheesecake!! We'll definitely be back!

This was both me and my friend’s first time at Cheesecake Factory and we had an awesome lunch here this past Saturday with our server, Collin. Service was quick (despite the volume of customers) & the atmosphere was unique. We had the Chicken Pot Stickers as an app, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka & Shrimp with Angel Hair as mains, and a Reese’s Cheesecake for dessert. Would love to come back to this location in the future!

First time being to a Cheesecake Factory. Busy place! Tried one of their specialty drinks, the cucumber lemonade. Good but SUPER sweet. I think the sugar on the brim was LESS sweet than the drink it self. I had to get a water and switch back and forth. Had Nachos for an appetizer with steak which were pretty good. Also tried the Spicy Tuna small plate/appetizer. That was next level. Very flavorful! My son had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Good gravy, it looked like a whole breast between two buns! He said that it was fantastic. The only thing I didn’t care for was the jambalaya. Honestly, the pasta instead of rice just didn’t do it for me. It tasted more like goulash than a traditional jambalaya and it was too salty for my taste. We finished the meal with banana cream cheesecake and tiramisu cheesecake. Both were heavenly. Unfortunately, I only took a picture of my entree which was the only part of the meal I didn’t like. Service was good. Waitress was definitely working hard due to how busy the place was but kept up well with drink refills and stopped by to check on us frequently enough. Would definitely go again but will not be getting the jambalaya again and would also pass on the cucumber lemonade.

Friendly and fast customer service! We had the pasta carbonara which was spot on delicious. Others had the spicy cashew chicken which she enjoyed(a tad overdressed). Had the lemon raspberry cheesecake and was airy, light, and tangy. Thank you cheesecake factory!

First time here and we will be back! Amazing customer service and food! Had the bread and oh my gosh it was nummy. Very soft and flavorful. We had pretzel bites with cheese and the cheese was very decadent and rich. The pretzels were salty and so buttery. Just what you want in them! Our waiter recommend the jambalaya pasta and it was perfect! By far my favorite pasta dish I've had in a restaurant. The chicken was tender and very well seasoned. Thank you everyone! And of course the cheesecake was amazing!
