Last night I had the most wonderful experience. All three of the servers were incredible, I believe their names were Jack, Alex and Shawna? Incredibly friendly and outgoing staff. The steak was cooked to perfection. Happy endings all around! :)

It was a little noisy, only because it was so busy. But even so, we got sat right away and our food came out very quickly. Our server Brianna was absolutely awesome! I would come back and ask for her personally. She did a great job with me and my kids

Terrible service waited one hour for food and then finally left. Before leaving paid for coke and cinnamon roll and told the assistant manager why we were leaving. She offered no empathy or apology. She simply took our money and said nothing. I would not recommend going here at all.

First time eating at a Perkins. I ordered the meatloaf with broccoli as my veg and a side of salad. The meatloaf tasted pretty good. The broccoli was a bit overcooked; it was limp rather than al dente. The mashed potatoes were good, but not enough quantity. It could have used a bit more gravy as well. I enjoyed the friendly service.

Made an order for 10 people and it was under 120$ ,and it was made fresh and so warming and just the right thing in the morning. Everything was packaged nicely. I didn't have to ask for silverware or food, condiments

For a long time I would avoid this place because they took forever to sit you, get your order and serve you. Not at all the case this morning. Seating was almost immediate and the place was pretty full. Our waiter was prompt and attentive. The food came pretty quick. It was fresh and delicious! Kudos to this Perkins staff! We will definitely pay them another visit!

Perkins is a place I go when I'm looking for good food at a good price, and the service is always top-notch. The servers here are afun bunch that are extremely friendly and enjoy joking with you, while still being polite. Highly recommend!

I ordered breakfast online for curbside pickup. I got to the parking lot and called. The first time they hung up on me. I called right back then and was put on hold for 5 minutes. They never came back to the phone so called and were put on hold yet again. I walked inside and expressed my frustration. I told her what happened and my order was curbside. Why offer a service if you have NO INTENTION following it??? Perkins has always been my favorite place to eat of all time. It will be a long time before I return . They have the best pancakes but are willing to miss out because of bad service. Truly can't make it up.

Good food, gigantic portions, and great value! Really clean restaurant, nice big booths and super fast and friendly service! When we paid our bill we were given 20% off ! What a great surprise! I so appreciate the great service and the happy friendly atmosphere!! We will be back!!

We had breakfast at this Perkins today. We have just started going back to this Perkins in the last year because of past bad experiences. We have been very happy with the change in the service and atmosphere at this Perkins. Today our server was Natalie and she did a great job and was very attentive. The food was wonderful as ever.

This is, by far, the best Perkins I’ve ever been to! Incredible service by incredibly authentic and friendly people. The food was blistering hot, right off the grill, and the manager there made sure to stop by and ask how our food was, while leaving a lasting impression. I will be stopping by more often and enjoying more of the friendly atmosphere and great food.

Frank, our waiter was EXCEPTIONAL! He was so friendly, attentive and did a fabulous job of making our meal so pleasurable. Thanks Frank and Perkins!

Late night service is always iffy. Especially at Perkins. Tonight was a pleasant exception! Only 1 server on duty and she took care of the entire dining room, no problems. She had a good attitude and did everything exceptionally. And this isnt the first time I've had good service at this Perkins either. Keep it up!

For a quick and filling breakfast, I enjoy the tasty One Egg Benedict. Our server / hostess, Linda, is a friendly pro. We were there at 8:30 on a Thursday morning (8-2023) when it was busy with plenty of tables available. It was a pleasant morning at Perkins.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! The restaurant is always clean. My favorite meal is the steak & eggs - it always comes out just how I like it! A great place to eat.

When you walk into Perkins maple grove you are greeted with the friendly awsome staff and seated right away. Went there last night and Natalie the manager gave me one of the best dining experiences ever. Food was amazing service was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. I was so excited to see there was a Perkins here with good ratings as I haven't been to a Perkins in years. Unfortunately it was a huge let down. We waited almost half an hour just for someone to come over to take our order. We sat with our drink cups empty until our food finally arrived while our waitress was cleaning off tables. When our food arrived, my side of spinach, cup of soup and my boyfriends fries were missing. When we asked for the sides, we were told we couldn't have our boyfriends fries because our appetizer of mozzarella sticks was substituted for them (we didn't ask for this to be done) but this was not reflected in our bill, as we were still charged the full $10 for the mozzarella sticks. I had to ask multiple times for my soup and spinach before I finally got it. The other staff members were less than friendly and the host/cashier was kinda rude. The only reason this rating is 2 stars instead of 1 is because our waitress said she was new. But she shouldn't have been running as many tables as she had given this info, she was running almost the whole restaurant by herself!!

This Perkins restaurant was a nice one. Staff was on top of the service. Our waitress was attentive and happy. And we got our drinks and food in a timely manner. Where as the other two Perkins I've experienced in Crystal and Golden Valley were not let's say " not on top of the service". In the Crystal Perkins we were seated in a corner booth and forgotten after 15 or so minutes needless to say we left. And in Golden Valley that Perkins needs a good cleaning.

Our waitress Jacqueline, super sweet very nice made the experience wonderful but the man who sat us down to our table didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Was a little bit snippy with us because he didn't make it clear where he wanted us to go. Didn't really appreciate that, otherwise the food and the atmosphere were great.

We are frequent visitors to this Perkins and always find the staff pleasant, helpful and efficient. The food is served quickly and hot. David is an amazing server, always happy to greet you like family.

I have always loved Perkins because their food is consistently good. My visit there was a celebration of my best friend's move to the area. Our food was fantastic and our outing was made extra special because of our server, Natalie. Best waitress we've ever had! Our meal was made extra special because of Natalie. This Perkins is very fortunate to have her on their staff. Every restaurant would benefit from having someone like Natalie in their employment. We visited on 4th of July holiday weekend and Natalie was fresh and delightful after working two long back to back shifts and now covering for another worker who was unable to show up for work that day. We stopped in the very next day to pick up a banana cream pie. We knew Natalie wouldn't be there but still decided to stay for breakfast. Our food was great and we determined their banana cream pie was the best we have ever had. I just can't say enough good things about this Perkins and our server, Natalie! This location in Maple Grove is further away from another Perkins closer in distance and we will go out of our way to visit this particular Perkins. Great job Natalie and thank you again for making our visit spectacular!

Ok it’s Christmas and nothing is opened, big surprise. But Perkins is till 4 and I haven’t been in many years. So we gave it a shot. There was about a 20min wait(which wasn’t bad in my opinion and it didn’t really feel like we waited that long). Lots of ppl coming and going, picking up orders, or buying whole pies. Ok so I guess they have “holiday menu”, which gives you about 6 breakfast options and 4 lunch/dinner options. This place is a little spendy ( maybe more than dennys) and the portions aren’t the biggest for your money. It did taste good, however I was about to eat my last piece of bacon and saw a little blonde hair on it 🫤 so I was done with that. We all have dark hair, so I don’t think it came off of us. Overall it wasn’t bad and I’d probably go back. Next time that chocolate cake is mine!!!! And thank you for being opened for the ppl who don’t have family to visit or for the ppl that just don’t want to cook🎄🎄merry Christmas!!

Tried the place for the first time. Really nice menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner options along with variety of bakery products like cookies, muffins and pies. The place is open for dine in, take away. The service is nice. The restaurant is open 24 hrs and that's a really convenient feature. The pasta was really tasteful and I specially liked the Tomato basil soup. All other items on the menu should be the same way. One should definitely try this place for all meal options. Good place for family and friends to enjoy a tasteful meal. 🍝

It was a great place to go for a thanksgiving meal . It was all ready made for us and with a great taste !! Good portions too !! The Turkey diner and the pot roast was just delicious 🤤 and don’t forget to try the banana cream Pie !!

Food was delicious and service was great! Loved the mozzarella sticks, breakfast quesadilla, and breakfast skillet.

On Saturdays at 7am I meet with dear friends in Maple Grove. Lisa K is the BEST! She makes our time so much more enjoyable! I enjoy the food, the company, but the service is what really makes the experience the best and has me driving 45 minutes for breakfast! Love Lisa!!

We love having breakfast at this Perkins! We always sit in Lisa's section and she takes such good care of us! Always knows exactly what we like and the food always comes out just as we ordered! She's a joy to have as a waitress! Highly recommend visiting this Maple Grove Perkins and having Lisa as your waitress!

Food was delicious. Service was great. Didn’t take long to get seated. Our waiter was very attentive but gave us time to settle in, start eating our meal before asking how things were. They even accommodated our younger sons requests.

Great service from the greeter to the server!!!the menu was extensive and I appreciate being able to get breakfast items at any time of the day!! The bakery goods were phenomenal and the upside down pineapple muffin was wonderful!!!!

Ordered Chicken fried steak and eggs. They forgot the chicken fried steak. Partner ordered eggs over easy and they were hard. Pancakes tasted old and tough.Told the hostess but all she said, we have 2 lines going. I can't tell who cooked your order. $52 FOR breakfast. So disappointed $

For best experience, early morning. Never have I gone to a breakfast place, especially a chain, and got such good service. The server in question, Julia, deserves a raise, whatever her current rate; she will have me coming back. The food was good, as is typical of perkins, nothing exceptional but nothing I'd describe as "mediocre", just middle of the pack, but the service and atmosphere of a morning coffee + food, absolutely amazing
