Not sure what it is about this location but service is so slow. Always plenty of people working. It doesn't do much to order ahead on the app. It's still a wait. Place is marginally busy at best when it's busy. Definitely needs help from Starbucks corporate.

I’ve been to too many Starbucks to name, but this spot has some of the hardest working employees I have ever seen. There’s never enough of them and they make it work the best they can. It would be easy for them to get frustrated, but they always keep it together and interact pleasantly.

The staff here is just so awesome! The always freet you with a smile. The service is swift, accurate and tasty. You guys are doing a great job !

I used to be a regular here, but I got so tired of waiting for my drink because no one is calling out orders. The mobile orders are out of reach, and I stood there one morning, staring at my drink, and no one was in the area so I had to wait. Once I finally grabbed someone's attention, she said "did you say your name? You have to say your name!" (No I don't, because that's YOUR job). She then slammed my drink down in front of me and yelled "BYE!". The manager saw the whole thing and did absolutely nothing. The people behind me were shocked. I turned and said "worst Starbucks ever". I will not be back for many months. I had NEVER given them any issues. And no one EVER told me that I needed to say my own name. No other Starbucks requires that. Apparently a sign was put up since then, which I find incredibly rude since you can't get any of the workers attention anyway. I do was to say that the one man with the headband and afro is GREAT. He's always on top of things, and likely carrying extra work on his back for the others.

Good customer service but drink making could be better. Asked for a cold brew with cold foam and almost half of my drink was coldfoam.

Odd Starbucks. Pleasant enough space but closed on weekends and today (Thursday). Runs out of staple products by 9. Crowded with folks looking for orders that were put in long before in person or on app. Seems to have fair number of folks working but oddly inefficient . I guess no real competition so dont need to do better. But not a great rep for the brand

It was disorganized and so crowded and loud that I couldn't hear the person taking my order. I find it hard to believe they had no lemons available for an unsweetened iced tea on a 90 degree day. I was offered lemonade, which I would've ordered if I wanted a sugary drink, hence ordering unsweetened iced tea. Better options should be available for diabetics and people trying to avoid sugar and carbs. Otherwise the outside seating is in a nice, shaded area.

Always great customer service. Great workers. My number one Starbucks. Always a great experience here

Had a very bad experience in this Starbucks today. Ordered a basic coffee and snacks. The snacks came but had to wait for the coffee for 15 mins even though some other orders placed later than mine were served. After I asked, the coffee was served pretty rudely, no apology for serving late and it came without cream and the cup ring. I had to ask for each of those again and the lady was pretty rude. Am a regular there and never had such kind of experience

My orders in this store are never ready, no matters how long in advance have you placed the order, you always have to ask the barista for your order and they start preparing it after that, in the case it is ready (very oddly), they don’t put it on the pick up area, you still need to check in with them and tell your name to them. This particular store is always sold out of most of the items at the breakfast time. Very inefficient and unfriendly staff works there, in an opportunity I asked to the cashier for a spoon, she sent me to see the guy preparing the beverages, then I asked him and he send me to ask to the cashier, what a joke.

Jontae the manager seems to have an issue every time I come in there. She’s never pleasant when taking an order. This is the third time I got an attitude for just asking a question. I let it slide a few times cause I get it times are hard, but then I noticed she’s also rude to her staff. If she has a problem with people I don’t think a job in customer service fits her. My coffee didn’t even have what I asked for either.

I typically don’t write negative reviews but I was so disappointed with how I was treated at the counter for no reason. The person was on their phone and didn’t acknowledge me at first. Then I gave them my order and then asked me follow up questions with attitude. I asked them if they could ask the question again and was really snarky. The whole experience just made my day get off on the wrong foot and something I have never experienced before. Just for wanting a venti ice coffee😭 Please note: my drink was great!

The staff here makes it a pleasure to visit! Jontae' is unmatched as a barista- whoever trained her deserves a raise! Keala and Chamya always put a smile on my face with their amazing energy and incredible customer service. V and Julia (manager) are newer but are awesome additions to this already amazing team. Thank you for making my mornings a little brighter, guys!! Save me an everything bagel- double toasted!! P.S. I also want to thank you guys for always allowing my dog in- she loves her pup cups!

She must have put some love in my coffee, because it was top notch. And went above and beyond with service. Best by far.

worse place ever, rude services , can't even make a drink righ, charge extra for no reason,and get mad when you ask for them to fix it, never coming back save your time , and money .avoid this place
