It’s ok.. I would say the ambience has some potential, however, it felt very impersonal and transactional. Which didn’t align with the branding. There was some confusion as to what a guest can or cannot access. For example, a waiter insisted I could use the back patio, while the other reacted quite aggressively as if i work for him. Not only once, but twice. He seemed bothered by someone coming to pay his salary. Go figure. Furthermore, I understand there’s some cultural relevance to how people refer to each other in the country, but I don’t find it sensitive to refer clients by the color of their skin- “Ese Chele” / “that white guy” I was under the impression “El Escalon” was an affluent neighborhood but it seemed poorer neighborhoods had better manners 😂 I can’t say I would go back.

Really cute place and great coffee and food! Would be a 5 star except there was some machine behind the counter beeping incessantly which was annoying and made me want to get out of there. Otherwise, totally great.

Good place to have a light meal or dessert and some coffee or tea. The decoration is amazing and the waiters are very kind.

This place is beautiful, cozy and comfortable, good to take a break and chill out, but not a place to work, the internet speed becomes very slow if are more than 3 devices connected😥
