I
stayed
in
Cardiff
House,
Laxmi
Nagar
Delhi
for
nearly
8
months.
In
the
starting
the
things
were
nice,
as
the
management
saw
that
the
building
is
full
and
they
are
gaining
profit
and
students
have
made
contract
so
they
are
bound
to
stay
so
let's
fake
them.
I
mainly
faced
the
real
problem
of
Food.
The
quality
of
Roti
and
Paratha
was
worst.
They
provided
us
uncooked
and
raw
Paratha
and
Rotis.
After
several
complaints,
once
in
a
week,
the
things
would
be
good,
but
just
after
2
days
as
it
is
(Worst).
2nd
problem
was
during
my
stay
for
8
months,
the
laundry
service
was
not
proper.
Not
on
time
and
has
also
tampered
my
clothes
with
staple
pins.
After
several
complaints
also,
The
Resident
Captain
Shivank
Thakur
was
not
at
all
ready
to
take
the
responsibility.
I
even
complained
to
higher
authority
but
the
condition
was
same,
higher
authority
make
the
things
in
a
way
but
RC
was
not
at
all
concerned
about
students
issue.
And
the
quality
of
services
degraded
as
the
days
past.
The
lift
service
was
totally
down.
Ex.
In
a
month
near
about
20
days
the
lift
doesn't
work.
And
repair
is
also
not
done
after
several
complaints.
Finally
I
would
like
to
say
that
the
management
and
the
Resident
Captain,
is
just
here
to
fake
and
fool
the
customer.
I
