I stayed in Cardiff House, Laxmi Nagar Delhi for nearly 8 months. In the starting the things were nice, as the management saw that the building is full and they are gaining profit and students have made contract so they are bound to stay so let's fake them. I mainly faced the real problem of Food. The quality of Roti and Paratha was worst. They provided us uncooked and raw Paratha and Rotis. After several complaints, once in a week, the things would be good, but just after 2 days as it is (Worst). 2nd problem was during my stay for 8 months, the laundry service was not proper. Not on time and has also tampered my clothes with staple pins. After several complaints also, The Resident Captain Shivank Thakur was not at all ready to take the responsibility. I even complained to higher authority but the condition was same, higher authority make the things in a way but RC was not at all concerned about students issue. And the quality of services degraded as the days past. The lift service was totally down. Ex. In a month near about 20 days the lift doesn't work. And repair is also not done after several complaints. Finally I would like to say that the management and the Resident Captain, is just here to fake and fool the customer. Firstly its a scam as rooms are not at all well maintained Equipments are faulty and there is minimal involvement from stanza to overcome issues. They won't even show you all the options you have available while you visit. There is no single occupancy in whole building and then they charge you for double bed as if they are doing a favour on you. If no rooms are there then why register for single occupancy. Also, no help if you want to terminate contract as I am currently living here and it has been such a disappointment.

If you are a rich kid do enter this place and not worthy of money no proper food and all things are chargeable even after the payment of rent in the name of common . The management is poor . No proper response and *Getting Refund * is another task poor quality food no security theft happened recently laptops mobile phones were stolen and management said it's not their responsibility. Don't go by look after services are horrible

Very conjusted and not good for living. Not hygienic. They provide temporary folding bed and not the standard bed.

Very expensive with bad living space. They are simply extorting money in the name of Stanza Living Company.

I like their no-touch dining facility. This way they have maintained social distancing also and ensured the food does not come in contact of multiple people. They have taken proper precautions which is great.

Amazing and wonderful this building. All people like this room and food service.. The team really takes good care of stay here hostels are really hygienic

NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE • Property condition is completely opposite as what we see on the website. • No sync between sales team or customer support team and ground team. Sales team told us that single occupancy rooms are available and you can visit the property. Ground Team cleared that there is no such rooms available on single occupancy. • Security Guard (Ground Team) behavioural issue. He is not at all professional in fact he was so rude.

Huge price difference rooms not at all good they mention online that room with attached washroom and attached balcony non of this is true
