I stayed here for a week. Unfortunately had an accident the day I arrived and had difficulty walking. They gave me a room on the third floor and the lift wasn't even working. I exerted myself in pain and climbed all the way to the third floor. The next day I ordered breakfast in room because obviously I couldn't walk and the lift wasn't working. They gave me breakfast in room and asked me to pay on the spot. As if i was going to run away with those 400 bucks although i had paid for my room upfront for 5 days. The staff was really the most inconsiderate in any hotel ever. Their manager was nice but over-all I wouldn't recommend staying here. Rooms were clean but there was nothing else that was good about this hotel. Considering even the lift wasn't working throughout the 5 days of my stay, I felt I was overcharged for an over-all bad experience.

Pros: 1. Great new property at Karol Bagh very close to the metro station and excellent food joints. 2. Well-appointed, clean rooms with plenty of amenities and complimentary continental breakfast in the morning. 3. Soft, cozy beds for a peaceful sleep. Cons: 1. Located in a busy market area. It will be a struggle to even get out of your vehicle or call a cab during peak hours. 2. Walls are very thin. I could hear the TV every morning from the room adjacent to me. 3. The person at the breakfast counter needs to work on his communication skills - He asks the room number multiple times and is pretty rude. 4. The breakfast is set in a conference room of sorts with round tables. More often than not you have to share your table with complete strangers. A very strange setting.

The rooms and location are perfect. 2 mins walking to Karol Bagh metro and very safe. The things to improve must be breakfast service. The person at the breakfast service is not at all friendly. Also it was very crowded at 7.30 am. However the reception staff is always ready to help and smiling. Smooth check in and check out.

The service and accommodation is really good. Had a great stay here. Very near to markets.

Had a wonderful stay here at bloom Karolbagh on our Recent Delhi trip. Rooms are ideal for family travel. And located very conveniently. They offered luggage storage also so that we didn't have to carry all our large luggages on our trips within and around Delhi.

Very Neat and clean Property. Rooms are very good. Staff takes care of Hygiene in rooms. Humble Staff to deal with. Cheers to team. Please keep up the same pace of Hospitality.

The best experience we had in Delhi m This bloom is top Notch . The rooms was neat and clean . From reception till check out it was hassle free . And the cherry on top was the luggage storage facility they had given for us even after we checked out . I will definitly recommend Bloom Karol Bagh for all people who are looking for a nice stay experience in Karol Bagh Area . Rohit and Team were top notch with their Customer Centric Approach and pleasing behaviour .

It is a very clean hotel, I was surprised and very happy to find a decent hotel to stay in Delhi. The staff was very nice with us, they included the breakfast and everything was very good. I recomended for sure and it is very close of the metro station, the market and many places to eat.

Location good near metro easy to go around. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Dev Kumar has good people skills and was Very helpful. He knows the area around and guided us where we needed to go.

The rooms are super clean, service at front desk is excellent but they don't have restaurant which becomes a constraint. The breakfast is served in a ball room kind of setting which is repellent. Further the breakfast spread is very limited. No source of protein in breakfast. Taste of items is Ok.

Everything is good... Required a bit of improvement on their service. They do not have their own kitchen and having third party food. They allowed outside orders like swigy and Zomato but for that they do not serve you and You have to come to reception by yourself to receive your order.

It is a very clean and well maintained hotel. The only thing that I didn’t like is that they don’t seem to have own in-house restaurant/food. When I asked them for breakfast menu, I was asked to call multiple numbers and then after 30 mins, I was able to order something.
