I visited them for a party makeup and some grooming ( waxing etc) after seeing the reviews but after the visit when i rechecked the reviews they seem fake… as i did not find anything extraordinary happening here in this particular salon, rather services were below average. I would like to mention that some of the staff were polite but only politeness does not help you to grow these kind of business. Every staff should have a sense of privacy as well especially male staff.! Makeup done was average and overpriced, product used were not as per the mentioned ones,, makeup products and tools looked really unhygienic and things were not at all placed professionally. I asked for the location on whatsapp which they said they’ll send immediately, was done after 1 hour when i asked again n again. I was 2 hours late at the function because of this , nobody asked for even a glass of water even when they saw how exhausted i was when i reached, its 30+ degrees outside guys, be courteous! Even the small salons do that. They have enough space and staff so you dont have to wait, that is a good thing. Even after telling them i am already late they were setting up the makeup station while i was waiting so i had my eyebrows done.. which was really painful, i have never had such painful experience with eye brows that too made so imperfect. Its been 2 weeks and the growth still looks uneven 😕 There were curtains in private room right on the door so that the privacy can be maintained but some male staff entered without even asking to look for some styling tool.. heights of unprofessionalism! I have never had a makeup done without a robe given because we have to wear the blouse or dress before starting the makeup so atleast you can provide a robe if your staff have no sense of privacy even the female ones; why do you have to come so many times during ongoing makeup session ?? If you are bored go scroll your insta! If its some junior artist or trainee then check on them pr test them in your free time not when a customer is really getting late. The Makeup brush was shredding bristles but she kept on using it and she said she will clean it later which was never done including so many other things she said she will do later…. Upselling was done for just a party look and still the products were not used as informed.. the products were layered so much and high coverage products were used even after telling so many times that only a light makeup is needed.. Hairstyle was told to keep simple donut bun but they end up making some braided bun which was not asked and hair styling products were used too much So overall i will say if its your go to salon then you can go for whatever services you like from them but as a first time customer my experience was below average / disappointing and i would never like to visit them again even if they are giving free service 🙏🏻

It's a big salon with more sitting capacity so you don't have to apparently wait for long duration especially when you have taken prior appointment . (I visited here on 31-10-22) Rates are reasonable compared to the ambience and location . However , the discounts or offer could have been more lucrative . Staff behaviour is polite and the workers/hairstylists seem to be well trained in their work. I came out satisfied from the salon in my first visit . However, you can't make an impression about the services on the basis of couple of random cuts so going for a certain impression about the services would be premature . Will be updating about the services in future .

Mr. Rehman, the barber, exudes professionalism and warmth. His meticulous approach and informative guidance set him apart. With skillful hands akin to magic, he crafts haircuts that reflect his expertise. On the massage front, Mr. Deepak stands out as a friendly professional. Not only did he provide an excellent massage, but he also offered a fantastic deal. His adept massaging abilities create a truly relaxing experience. In summary, Mr. Rehman's masterful cuts and Mr. Deepak's soothing massages are both remarkable services that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Me and my friend got haircut done from here. Both the haircuts were bad and uneven. It didn't seem like I got them cut from a professional. If they have such a fancy salon, they should keep experienced staff. Throughout my haircut, the lady asked the help boy to record a video for her reel. The guy kept taking different videos (Probably more than 12-13) while she was pretending to cut in a way that would look good for her reel. It was pathetic. More so because the result was not as expected from such a fancy salon.

I just had my pedicure done today which was really very good as they have a good tool Kit and pedicure products and I’m very happy with the service done by Deepak he is very professional and has expertise in pedicure and make my feet pretty and moisturized with great massage

I have been a regular customer of this salon but recently I got my hair trim and the hair dresser literally ruined my hair. I asked for a bob cut and seemed like he didn't understand how does bob cut look like and left my hair unparalleled. That particular hair dresser has to be taught more about the hair style.

Got facial, manicure, pedicure and hair color done from this place. Staff was really nice and the place was clean and hygienic. There were few hiccups here and there in nail service so would not recommend that but overall it was a good experience.

I got red highlights done from here and my experience was amazing at the salon. The whole team was really helpful and the service was great. Each and every person in their team was friendly and professional. I exactly got what I wanted and asked for. The hairstylists Sameer, Mukul and Biak were thorough, understanding and knowledgeable. They provided exceptional service and the results were exactly what I wanted. They also answered my every question and made sure that I was satisfied with the service before I left the salon. Thanks to the whole team, now I get to live with my dream hairstyle. Will definitely recommend trying this salon.

I was there for haircut for me and my baby ..they are so professional and polite ..The ambience and the whole vibe is amazing...All staff is very soft spoken ..I had my my haircut and my baby haircut from Kabir he is really dedicated person towards there work and also a young boy Raj who had my son's haircut is also amazing. The manager Arpita was so professional and have complete knowledge of this industry.. truly impressed with everyone and has amazing experience..surely I'll visit again and again .
