visited
pebble
street
today.
unfortunately,
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
Despite
the
availability
of
lower
seating
chairs,
the
staff
(Sanjeev)
denied
my
request
for
one,
and
asked
us
to
leave
the
restaurant,
which
left
me
feeling
disappointed
and
unwelcome.
The
restaurant
ambiance
and
decor
were
appealing,
creating
a
pleasant
atmosphere
initially.
However,
when
I
asked
for
a
lower
seating
option
due
to
personal
comfort
reasons,
the
staff's
refusal
without
providing
a
reasonable
explanation
was
surprising
and
disheartening.
The
refusal
not
only
affected
my
dining
experience
but
also
left
me
questioning
the
customer
service
standards
of
the
establishment.
Hospitality
is
a
crucial
aspect
of
any
dining
experience,
and
unfortunately,
pebble
Street
fell
short
in
this
regard.
I
believe
that
a
restaurant's
success
is
not
only
based
on
its
culinary
offerings
but
also
on
the
overall
guest
experience.
In
this
instance,
the
lack
of
accommodation
for
a
simple
seating
preference
overshadowed
any
positive
aspects
of
the
visit.
I
hope
Pebble
Street
considers
enhancing
their
customer
service
training
to
ensure
a
more
inclusive
and
accommodating
environment
for
all
patrons.
Any
visitors
with

concern
should

before
visiting
